Description of Work: Feikema Sanitation Service assessed my plumbing problem and septic system and determined that the system could be made functional for $3000 to $3500 this was much less that I expected. Before proceeding, they asked for my input because the location of the septic tank was not appropriate according to city codes that had been updated. They advised me that this might cause a problem in the future when the property was put up for sale at a later time when prices woudl likely be much higher for a replacement system in a new location. They gave me options to consider. I did some research and a cost analysis and decided to avoid problems in the future by choosing a new system and new tank that would meet current code. The price was competitive and the work was done immediately. Dirk Feikema was polite, helpful and followed through on his commitments.
