+ 0 moreI was very pleased. They arrived five minutes early and were very professional and polite. We have a puppy who is potty training, and they were able to remove the stains completely. They were also done quickly, in about an hour. It did seem a little expensive, but I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned and deodorized the carpet in our family room as well as two arm chairs.

+ -1 moreThey were able to get out stains that not only my home shampooer couldn't get clean but another local carpet cleaner couldn't get clean. They also were very willing to move all of my furniture.

Description of Work: They did a great job but a bit expensive for 2 couch's and the living room floor and a small path to the front door.. But that might be me and being to cheap lol.. They picked up everything and put it on stands and moved things out and did under them.. I will use them again... Thanks

+ -1 moreSee above. I called the co. to report this but their repsonse was they hadn't had trouble before and would talk to them. Gee...I wonder what they said? Duh. No one has visited my home for over a week, so there is no doubt in my mind who stole this money. If you have them, you better not take your eyes off of them. SEE UPDATE ABOVE
Description of Work: They cleaned my bedroom carpet but they also cleaned out my wallet. I had my wallet in the dining room and they were working in the bedroom and I hadn't thought about it. After they left I couldn't find my wallet. I found it in the bedroom missing all of the money that was in it. They were friendly but it turns out they were friendly thieves. Beware! UPDATE I have since received a call saying that these two employees were no longer working there. They also offered to make this right with me. I declined the money since I felt it wasn't really the owners fault. As far as the work goes, they did a decent job. It did take 6 months for this to occur but from the owners point of view, I understand it put them in a difficult position.
