+ -1 moreBob ordered a bolt for the wheel on our Cub Cadet lawn mower from Small Engine Warehouse in Muncie. They didn't have the part in stock and charged $12.00 shipping. It arrived UPS from MRS in Ohio. I went to their website and they charge $3.99 shipping. Small Engine Warehouse told me they would not adjust their bill. Lost a customer and hope they lose many more for very poor businesses practices.

Description of Work: Parts department is horrible and unethical. They will not give you any information on the parts that they sell. I tried to find out information about fit on parts before I purchased them and the sales ID10T said he would not give me any information unless I purchased a $1500.00 dollar conversion kit from them. Save yourself some head aches and don't deal with these ID10Ts.

Description of Work: We used Small Engine Warehouse out of Muncie, IN. We purchased a push mower off of the showroom floor. It came with a 30 day warranty. In those 30 days, it was taken back in 3 times. Well, the 3rd time was 2 days after the warranty expired. They said that they would cover it since it had been back for repairs too many times (not counting the hauling back and forth that we had to do - THREE TIMES). We were billed. We called. They said they would take it off.... we were billed again. We called again, they said they would take it off. Then collections called!! We paid it, but will NEVER return or recommend them. The mower has never run right. Money lost!
