Description of Work: Well, they called us back immediately as we had a roof leak. They gave a free roof inspection finding further issues that caused us to purchase a roof from them using special shingles that can be applied in colder weather. Roof looks great and Bruce Robinson, the sales rep, is a soldi professional and i would urge others to contact them for their roofing needs. I called to verify their insurance, and their agent had one of their roofs on his home. They had job done in two days and it has already upped the value of our home.

+ -1 moreSales rep. was very present to deal with, felt no pressure to go with Sherriff-Goslin. We didn't want to have roof started till after the first of the year. They worked with to make it out to do the roof as soon as the weather broke. They were good about calling the day before they came to make sure it was ok to come. The crew was on time every day and quiet. By quiet I mean other than the hammering and hearing them walk around on the roof, they didn't make a sound. I know they were talking to eachother but they were very professional about it. They cleaned up every day, and the only thing they left behind they picked up the next day. When I finally had a chance to walk around the house when they were finished with the job. I only found a few nails and a few small pieces of old shingle. Over all i was very happy with the work and clean up. If I had found nothing when I talk my walk around the house, I would have been overly empressed and shocked. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe called to have them come by and replace some lost shingles. The gentleman said he'd come by in the afternoon. He was a no call/no show. My husband called back a few days later. He said he'd come by in the afternoon after he picked up his child who goes to the school near us. Again...no call/no show. I took that to mean that they didn't want our business. It was a small job but the least he could of done was alert us that he wasn't coming or couldn't do the job rather than have us stay home waiting for him to show up.
