I contacted Pella through their website. The rep called me back to verify what it was I wanted, but stated that he was driving. He asked me to text him my home address. I did this, expecting to have him return a phone call in order to set up an appointment time. Instead, the rep showed up, unannounced, at my home two days later, texting me that he was at my house. I was already at work and let him know that, and asked him to send me times that were available for an appointment. He never replied back - apparently he was miffed because my mind-reading act wasn't up to his standards. I called the number listed on their website two weeks later to try to set up an appointment, and spoke to a person for whom English was a challenge. I never heard back from either the Indianapolis location or the Muncie location. These people seem to be totally unprepared to deal with customers, and not at all professional. Their product line is fine - if you are a DIYer and just want to buy windows or doors, I'm sure you'll be successful just going to their store. But stay away if you want or need full service.
