Overhead Door Company of Muncie

Terrific experience! I called the company with complaints about my old door ~ it was almost 30 years old and needed replaced. They were at my home almost immediately! I worked with Rhiannon through the entire process and she was so professional, courteous, and concerned with making sure I was well taken care of. She has such a pleasant personality! Lee fixed my old door so that I could still get into my garage until my new one was installed the very next day! Damion installed my new door and he did an excellent job too. Both of these gentlemen worked so hard to make sure everything was done correctly and neither one of them stopped working for even a minute once they arrived. They were professional, thorough, expedient, patient with all of my questions, and friendly. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER! Thanks so much!

Called the Indianapolis number at approx. 9 a.m., July 15, 2016. Explained my problem. The scheduler said "we will have someone there between noon and 5 pm. I was pleased. Overhead had installed the original door, door lift, key pad and made repairs over the years. At approximately 3:30 pm I CALLED the scheduler at 317-842-7444 to check. She replied the person was quite busy and may not be there until 6 or 7 p.m. and she was trying to get in touch with him/her. I called back at 4:32 pm and cancelled. The scheduler seemed quite surprised. I believe this technician was over booked. So I wasted a day. This is a shame because they had provided good service in the past. I am sure the technician new far ahead of time what the schedule for the day looked like.

My husband run into the door and we had to get it repaired. It took two weeks but they came out and put them on. The design has changed somewhat since it was purchased 8 years ago. The hinges looked nice before and the structure looked different from the inside when the work was done they replace the two panels and the design did not match on the inside it looked like patch work. The company said they would replace it. But its been a month now and there has been no word from them. We are still waiting. I called the manager he said he'd get back to me and there's been no word.
