Tony Rolli began his home and commercial inspection career in 2001. He took his initial training in Omaha, NE. Before Tony began his inspection business, he excelled in the sales and retail environment. This gives Tony and his company a solid foundation in customer satisfaction and service. Our realtor chose this home inspector for a house purchase. Tony was on time and spent a couple hours thoroughly inspecting this small home. He took photos and very thoroughly documented everything. We received an organized package containing all the photos on a cd , a detailed 31 page report, and some additional home buyer info. His report enabled us to get the seller to install a new water heater. Well worth the cost.
Description of Work: House inspection for new purchase. 1400 sq ft home.
