Good experience overall, but I do not like that we were not presented with more than one sump pump replacement option. We ended up spending $2,500 for a pump backup pump w/ battery backup. and 2-yr extended warranty Seems like a very nice system and works fine so far, but I wonder if there might be a less commercial, more residential unit out there for less money. Oh well. Finally, the installer left a jumbled-up mess of wiring around the top/edge of our sump pit. In my opinion, he should have left us with a much more organized final condition.

$443.30 to fix a slowly leaking bathroom sink drain and it's still leaking and now clogged. Original quote was $1,058.55 to replace the sink faucet (lol). After I asked why it was so expensive, the quote was reduced to $443 to simply 'fix the leak', which I reluctantly agreed to. After paying I was sent an invoice that said the sink is still leaking and now clogged, and plumber has left. Ridiculous. The person I spoke to was professional and courteous, but the price is insane and the problem still exists. Extremely dissatisfied. Will not use again. edit: as for the 'response from the owner'. I called your office before posting this review. You know who this is based on the prices above, and you have my number. You didn't make anything right when I gave you the chance on the phone before posting this. Predatory plumbing. edit 2: someone else called me and waived the $60 dispatch fee. When asked about their high prices, they said 'you can choose to eat at a Fazoli's, or a Michelin star Italian restaurant'. I'm dead. Reality is stranger than fiction.

Ross was very kind and kept me posted on his findings. Very professional and personable. He went above and beyond. There was the convenience of paying over the phone and my invoice-with pictures of the sink draining-were sent via email. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and specifically Ross!

Besides getting a gas line they advised me to get the chimney cleaned which I hadn’t even thought about and helped me know what I would need to get to have my perfect fireplace.

I hired this company to repair rusted/locked garbage disposal as water was backing up from dishwasher draining. The garbage disposal was replaced, but not long after the same situation happened. Thus, I had another company simply remove the garbage disposal. The most annoying aspect of this whole thing was the tech putting Mr. Rooter stickers on every component he could find - the garbage disposal, water heater (in garage), and fuse box (in laundry room)!

Tyler was very clear in showing me what needed to be done. He was clean, efficient and very polite.

We were very pleased with Mr. Rooter. In fact, we are having them do an install for us later this month.

Used their service 3 times always show up and get job done.

very nice people overpriced, had to have it ripped out they ask for half up front to schedule which i thought was not professional, i was not there or i wouldn't have scheduled it! the guy i had to do the rest of the work had to take it apart he said there were to many bends for a sink im not bad mouthing their work just thought it was high in price

After talking to other companies, we were very impressed with the way Mr. Rooter evaluated a somewhat complicated problem. Chris was the first person we met and he was thorough in his assessment during the free estimate. He took great time and checked out all of the options he could consider. The next business day he returned with another representative, Ryan, and they reevaluated the entire project, discussing every idea with each other and with us, until they finally came up with a solid plan. Although the estimate was higher than I expected, it was fair considering all of the work they were proposing. We met once more with Chris to review the plan and accepted their offer. Alex was the leader of the actual work crew and he was very professional and personable throughout the project. He was very clean, organized, knowledgeable, and considerate and took the time to make sure every step was done correctly. The men who helped Alex were just as professional and courteous. When there were parts of the project that took longer than they had anticipated, they took it in stride, kept us informed and involved, and just kept working. I can not imagine working with a more professional group of people.
