MIKE ACREE HEATING AND COOLING

He came one week and put in $300 worth of gas. He didn't tell me how much gas. He did not check for leaks. Then he wanted paid promptly which I did. A week and a half later he did it all again, still no leak testing, and still wanting paid $300 immediately which I did. Then he tried to talk religion and wanted me to come to his church. He stated, "How are you with Jesus. ". I didn't think that was any of his concern.

Mike was very professional, checked everything, and the pricing was reasonable.

I've used Mike's service several years now. He's in and out with excellent service.

I've used Mike every year since he installed the air conditioning. He's always professional and gets in and out. He listens to what I have to say. I had a noise I was concerned about and he checked it and reassured me all is well. I'm completing this now because I realized it wasn't reported, and it's almost time to have him check it again. My daughter has used him also. Mike is honest and reliable. He's my heating and air guy!

All went well. He called before arriving to verify the appointment and performed in a professional manner.

I called him to see what the problem was and he said he didn't leave a bill because he wasn't sure if it was the computer or just needed cleaning. He said he would wait a few weeks and see if it happened again or went away. He finally sent a small bill of $65.00 for cleaning and the problem hasn't occured again. He could have replaced the computer instead for many dollars. Mike is very trustworthy.

Mike is very responsive and comes out whenever he's called. He is honest and can be trusted to do the right job and cost effective.
