The whole experience was great. Called and scheduled an appointment to get our septic tank drained and inspected and was quoted a price for the work. Said there may be additional cost if much digging was required. Showed up on time, drained and inspected the tank. Explained what he was doing and why. No additional cost since no digging was required. I'd certainly recommend Lancaster Septic for this kind of work, and will use them again in the future.

Called Lancaster after receiving recommendation from another company that had their truck down. Was around 1:30 when I called, and was raining outside. Said that he would be over as soon as he could. Arrived around 3:30 and took a look at my septic tank and said that it was in need of being pumped out because it was full. ( Had not been pump in 12 -13 years ) Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a little trouble with the lid as it was on backwards. He pump out my tank and had to do a little extra work to rid the tank of the waste. Finished in about 90 minutes, and replaced everything as was, and was on his way. Cost $210.00 for 1000 gallon tank and $10 for every 100 gallons after that.
