Wonderful experience. No, complaints. They were very professional. They were very tity in their work and the shower was put in a very professional way and we are just enjoying it.

Jason was on time, did great job, very clean, kept dust at a minimum and was careful not to leave any mess when done.

L. J. Stone Company installed a thermal barrier insulation into our attic. Tim, sales, was extremely professional in his presentation and appearance. Steve followed up a week later to insure that the measurements were correct for the job. The office staff made several calls to keep us informed of the process of the project. Chris & Todd, installation, were very courteous and professional in their work. They went out of their way to insure that our home was protected and kept clean during the installation process of the thermal barrier in our attic. We feel that the system has lowered the temperature on the upper level several degrees since the barrier has been installed and look forward to future energy savings with this product. We would highly recommend this company for future work.

The Job was started on April 2,2012 with an estimate of 5 days for completion. The worker arrived at approximately 11 am after picking up and loading all the supplies in the Muncie Office. He worked until about 6 in the evening. his schedule after the first day was approximately 930am to 6-630 pm. The first day was mostly prep. covering the stove, microwave, chandelier,and refrigerator to protect. Most oft the work was performed by one person, who was very conscientious and picky about how the job was done. Because of the size of the job, the time frame was extended by about a day and a half. While we lost the use of our kitchen for about a week,the final results were worth it. The finished product exceeded our expectations and the crown molding that was used made the cabinets stand out . While there were some bumps along the way, the worker solved a couple of defects that had been in the kitchen since the home was built. He reviewed the activities of the day with us at the end of each day. If we found a problem overnight, we would review it with him the next morning ,and it was promptly corrected. The tradesman was conscientious and professional throughout the job I will ask this company to quote on future jobs, that i want done .

Steve the installer was on time eachday. Day 1 installed new walls and repaired wood damage. Day 2 installed doors and plumbing. Day 3 completed by installing last corner piece. Steave was informative, knowledgable and well preparers and did quality work.

They were good, they came out, they made a mistake on the bidding the job, because some extra work had to be done, they poured some concrete, they didn't have to do it, but did, and that was nice. They didn't charge me extra, they said they gave a certain price, and stuck to it. The price was competitive, I've had that room for a year, have had no problems, the supervisor oversaw it, and they call if they come out with new products.

The work that they did in our living room had to be done all over again. They removed a wall to our garage to extend our living room. You can see all of the seams in the walls and ceiling. We showed them where the bay window had sunk. They wanted an additionally $20,000 to put in new patio doors . They also installed a fireplace. They pour concrete under the fireplace, but put plywood in the floor surrounding the fireplace. When you step on the floor you can hear the plywood because it moves. I would not recommend this company.

Great. A little pricey but I think it is worth it for the quality. I am very pleased with the product and the project was completed in 2 days. I would highly recommend this company.

They weren't able to install the bath enclosure when promised due to a part on order, but when the task was completed they did a great job. L.J. Stone, always been very good about minor fixes even long after the original job was completed. Very customer service oriented and pleasant.

I have purchased windows from this organization before. Completely satisfied and completely professional.

Overall, it was a good experience except for the plumber. He had a very strong cigerette smoke odor that was very unpleasant.

From start to finish, it all went smoothly as it was explained to us by Todd, who gave us the estimate. Robert, came and measured, and Steve, did the installation. All men, were very professional, and explained things as they worked. We are very pleased and happy it didn't take long to get it all done. Wonderful company to use!

We have been remodeling our house for quite some time and have used different contractors.This firm by far has been the best. Their product is outstanding and the level of professionalism is outmatched! They kept us informed during the entire procedure and covered the floors throughout the process. They would clean up every night and kept us informed when they would be able to return the next morning. We began by requesting a bath enclosure and later found out they also do cabinet refacing. The cabinets and tub look fantastic and the gentlemen who performed the services were very knowledgable and answered any questions that arose. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They are okay. It was a good experience. I felt they were very professional. We had them back out again. After the installation they promised us something, but we still have not gotten it. We are waiting, and we are not too happy about that. Their price was a little high. I think we could've gotten a better deal from another local provider.

Day 1-He removed the old liner and they had plumbers come in and raise the shower head, replacing the pipes as they did. Day 2- I was called and due to a family emergency they (he) could not finish the job. Day 3- I waited till 11:00 A.M. and no one showed up to finish the work. When I called them, they assured me that no matter what they would finish tomorrow ( even if the man who started was not able to do it). Day 4- The original employee finished and did a beautiful job. They only negative thing I have to say, is that someone should have emailed or called me on Day 3 so I knew no one was coming. Over all, I was very pleased with the work and the people that did it.

They do great quality work. They're a bit on the pricey side, but we're very satisfied. The workers were very professional and showed up on time. We'd probably use them in the future as long as it wasn't too expensive.

I used them most recently for a roofing project. After that project, I felt pressured to continue with them on additional projects. It became a nescience. They were business-like, but felt that everytime they called, they were trying to pressure me. The group I worked with was out of Muncie. As far as workmanship, I would say their work was satisfactory. They did complete the projects in a timely manner. If I could rate them using a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 7.5-8. Many years before, I did use them for vinyl siding and overhang work, as well.

We decided not to have LJ Stone do the work.
