Installed efficiently over 1 and 1/2 days.Rain delayed start which disappointed us. Workers very skilled.

They never completed the process and never called to explain why they were unable to give a quote after offering to do so.

The work went well and the clean up was great. I ordered windows that were not stained so I have a little work to do. None of the stains matched what we have in our house and they offered windows with out being stained. The workmen did a quality job taking out the old windows and putting the new.

It all went very quickly, Steve did the work in the bath. He also totally put in a bathtub enclosure downstairs several years ago. It only took him 1 day. Casey, David built the patio cover, they were there for three hours on day 1 as they dug down 38" and poured concrete for the supports the next day it only took them 7 hours to finish building the cover. I was very worried about a mum plant that I had for 23 years. They avoid hurting it.

Chris, the installer, stated the time he would arrive each day. His work was very professional.

Very professional no problems and on time, very friendly and cleaned up afterwards and call to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction

They were on time, did everything in a timely manner, were very polite, even went above and beyond by fixing a loose piece of siding. We love the windows. They are everything they said they would be.

The quote was three times what I expected. I left him with the thought that he was thje first of three estimates and would know by June 28th which vendor I will be going with. I contacted L J Stone on the 28th and told them I accepted another quote.

Everything went well. The installer was very good and made sure I was aware of everything he was was doing. His work was very professional and would highly recommend them.

They were extremely puncutal in calling me back on Monday morning after an email I had sent over the weekend. I was anxious to get a quote from them since they had so many good reviews here. Everything was going fine until it was time to schedule an appointment . She requested that "both homeowners" be available. I explained to her that would be difficult, and that I preferred a day appointment for which i would meet with the sales associate. Basically, it was a no go unless they could talk to us both. I mentioned that my husband does not really care about this awning, and I would be making the decisions. I took great offense to this, and hopefully it was not due to me being a woman. In my house, I am the bread winner, make most of these decisions, and even when there is a joint decision that we make together, we would not be making that in front of a sales associate. It is a shame that I could not get an appointment by myself, they missed a good sale. I was ready to drop some money and get an awning ASAP.

The gentleman was on time, done the job and cleaned up as I was talking.

2 men did this job. The same 2 from beginning to end. Their work is very good. Everything perfectly measured and precise. Very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Cleaned up all debris, each day. Never left any mess. The guys were great and the enclosure (sun porch) is fabulous. I would never let anyone else build one of these me. This is my second. I'm happy!

Terrific job on door and workmanship and installation; installers did an exceptional job and the door looks fantastic.

They cancelled 2 previous appointments (salesperson was ill the 1st time, had a flat tire the 2nd time.) I liked their product and the salesman was nice enough but I don't like a hard sell approach and they give you a discount if you sign with them that day. I don't like companies that pressure you to do that without having time to think it over. Thought the price was high for what I wanted.

Jason, the installer, was very professional. Our house is very old and he had a lot of plaster to remove. He covered everything including the hall and stairway. He did a very good job and I am very pleased with the look and the finished product.

Jason Witter did a great job describing his company's product offerings. His estimate was reasonable but some what higher than the others. He did offer incentives to sign that day with him that would lower the cost. We told him we were getting multiple estimates and we were holding to our process. We choose not to use LJ Stone because they could only do the shower and bath tub areas and not the whole job.

I had read reviews on Angie's List for contractors that do shower make overs. LJ Stone had good reviews with an A rating. Another company that I was going to contact has B ratings primarily for failure to show up for their appointments. I then went to the LJ Stone website and reviewed their products. From the website I made an email request for them to contact me. Less than two hours later they called to set up an appointment. The sales rep showed up on time, made a good impression and I purchased an new shower at that time. They sent someone out to check measurements. When the new shower was in, they called to set up install dates. Everyone from the company arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional and courteous. I have been very impressed with the company right down to an unexpected thank you card with gift basket. We have an in-home nurse come to our house to assist in caring for my wife. When the shower was being installed our nurse that day mentioned that her husband had contacted the other company I had considered. They had scheduled an appointment with them A few days later the nurse me that the other company failed to show for the appointment. They were planning on contacting LJ Stone.

The man that installed it was very knowledgeable. It took a little extra time since they had to cut the tub in half to get it out. The work was really good. They also installed a storm door for me and it is working out really well too. He was always straight forward with me and answered all my questions and really knew their product.

The installer was outstanding, very professional, very skillful. He paid attention to every detail. We are very, very pleased with his work.

Steve & Jason were pleasant, clean and timely in their work. I will recommend them again.

They did an awesome job. They were extremely well organized. When they were done, they asked us to come out and let them know if there was anything that they had done wrong or forgotten. They were very conscientious about making sure that things were better than they were when they came out.

We were very pleased with the work and the job. They came and attached the GutterRoof over our origenal gutters and they matched our roof shingles. They also fixed the drainage which flowed from one roof to another with a better set up. The job took a day and a haft to do all my gutters. They did a great job in cleaned up after there work.

Just like Home experts, They responded with an email stating that they wanted me to call and answer a few questions. I got the runaround instead of a quote. At least they responded right away. 2 of the 5 contacted have not answered at all. I would have called them directly if I wanted a sales call and estimate. It is not as if I was asking for a complete home rehab or something.

The workers were very dependable, did an excellent job, and worked very hard nonstop until job was finished. It took about 2 days.

They came on the date that was scheduled. They did a very good job and was very great and cleaned up. Robert was a very nice and polite person. And the other gentleman that was with him was also very nice.
