The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They covered the carpet from the exterior door to the bathroom and put plastic over the bathroom door to contain the dust while cutting the existing glass tiles. They were very professional all the while they were in our home. It was a job well done!

We got kind of a run with them. We didn't do anything. They came and they looked at redoing the shower and the bath. We decided not to do anything with them. The home show, we found them there and then they came and they did their song and dance and we decided not to use them. The product they were selling was a little high priced and it really wasn't what we were after. They were responsive.

We have utilized L.J. Stone on 4 previous jobs. Always very pleased with high end result.

They came, evaluated the roof, measured it and then came and replaced it. Quickly, without any inconvenience.

Tim sold us the contract for the doors; Steve came and took the measurements to get an accurate fit; Todd arrived to install the door. The job went very quickly considering he worked by himself. When he finished, he cleaned up the work area and explained to us how to lock the 2 locks on the door. We are very satisfied with the quality and work of the L. J. Stone Co.

Great. Personalized and polite service, from ordering to measuring to installation. No sub-contractors. Cleaned up all construction materials.

Had to do more work than expected, but did a very good job. Did not leave a mess, and explained how the new fixtures worked. The installer was very good and knew what to do.

I would not recommend them. They were way too high which is what I found out afterwards. The people and work were excellent. The quality was excellent.

L J Stone offered a large variety of styles and colors to choose from. They did a beautiful job, on time, and better than I imagined. The workers were friendly, courteous, and professional. While measuring for the project, the employee noticed my old tub "gave" and had a mushy feel. At no additional cost to me, they added a new acryllic tub to the contract. During removal of my old tub, they saw that my outside wall was not insulated, so they added insulation before installing the new tub even though it was not in the contract to do so. I feel they went above and beyond. My bath is beautiful! I am very pleased with the look and would recommend L J Stone to anyone who wants a lovely and professional job done.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very professional. They protected our home with cardboard throughout. There was no trash, no residue. I was very impressed. I'm very satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to my friends.

L.J. Stone contacted my wife on Friday, 03-21-2014 to schedule and than confirm an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00AM. All during the phone call, the scheduler wanted to make sure we'd be there in case they were going to run late. They never mentioned anything about calling us to let us know when they would be on the way. We agreed we'd be there. Saturday morning at 9:00am. No one was there at 9am, 10am or 11am. There was No Phone call to let us know when they'd arrive. Very poor customer service on their part. We were very interested in this company based on a very positive experience at the recent Indianapolis Flower and Patio Show and from reviews on Angie's List. Around 11:30am, a Mr. Snider, from L.J.Stone emailed my wife to let us know someone would be contacting us to schedule the initial appointment. He also stated that he'd been trying to reach us for several days. I told him we were no longer interested and that being a long time member of Angie's List, I'd be including a review of our experience. I strongly Do Not recommend this company based on an Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience.

We called around and chose LJ stone. Salemen was great. Told us would be installed no later than Halloween (depending on length it took us to get approval from HOA) We had it approved by midnight same day. Room not done until New Years and still not right. Blue prints wrong, made longwall short and short wall long, had to ask to make corrections for both their mistakes. Door still not correct. After 2 visits we are on visit 5 to fix door. 4 visists to get only 2 walls up. Worst company ever! However grat installer. He tried hard.

They did not try to talk us into anything more than we wanted but let us know what was available and let us make the best decision for us. We are extremely happy with the quality of the room and love the look of it. We sincerely appreciated the salesman that helped us through the process and the workers were excellent in every way - very professional, very prompt, very neat! Wonderful experience.

All workers arrived on time and as scheduled to removed existing tub, adjust plumbing for new shower, installed new fullsize shower, and finished by cleaning up bathroom and every area where they worked or tracked in dust (garage and laundry room).

Well versed salesman. Project was done in 1 day. Extremely neat, polite and informative. Beautiful job! They are redoing our kitchen in January!

We decided not to purchase because of the product cost and color match.in our situation. Thought the experience was satisfactory, and that they had good products, etc.

Both of these were 16 yo construction grade fiberglass - yellowed and cracked. The master shower was replaced with a beautiful marble pattern acrylic and the main BR was replaced with subway tile surround tub to ceiling and a new tub. The fixtures were replaced with a rain shower and handheld combo. They removed everything, they completed the work in 2 days. Both bathrooms in 2 days. They were friendly and professional from the very first meeting until the work was done.

He would not shut up about his company long enough to get to the point. Which was the cost of the remodel. Spent way too much time going over details about the company and not enough explaining what everything would cost me.

Our initial meeting was held with a sales rep at our home on November 6. We mentioned we were exploring getting new windows and he stated the company also did windows. The sales representative measured both the bathroom and the windows and due to the time we asked him to come back next week. Rep had been there about two hours talking to us about the product and making a diagram of our house. We went ahead and set an appointment for Monday November 11 at 6 pm where the sales rep agreed to have numbers drawn up. On November 11 the doorbell rang and it was a completely different sales rep who sat down and asked what we wanted to get done and he had no knowledge of what the prior sales rep had done. We asked where the prior rep was that had full knowledge of what we wanted done and we were told that he had a prior commitment. We were a little disgusted that we were expected to start over and it was obvious that the communication in this company is very poor as this rep had no knowledge of the first visit. Needless to say we were done with dealing with this company and asked this representative to leave our home. Also, prior to both appointments I received a confirmation phone call that I founded condescending with the tone and the comments that were made. I was asked if both my husband and I were going to be there (as one of us can't make a decision without the otter) because they were making a "special" trip to see us ...like they were doing us a favor. Very unprofessional with no regard to the inconvenience of being expected to go through everything a second tome.

Went well until pricing. Very high pressure, gave quote, we said it was to high, came down several dollars. Still to high, then said if we sign now would discount a $1000. Would not do business with a company like this. Offer discount with first quote!

They are excellent and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about them.
