The whole process was extremely easy. We did have a bit of a wait from when we ordered the windows in September to when they were installed in December. The process was really quick and they listened to me during the construction process. Since I had to be home with two small children at the time, I asked them to leave me one area that was protected from the cold while they worked on the other windows, which they did for me without any issue at all. The crew was kind and courteous.

They did fine. A couple of times we had to call them and have them come out to fix the work that they had done, but they did, so we are satisfied with their work.

They were always professional and did a good job. They were reasonably priced too. Our experience with them was very good.

Overall, the experience went very well. They did a nice job.

I liked him. I can?t remember anything that I didn?t like.

We were very impressed with the seeming quality of the services they would perform, replacing a bathtub, tiling the floor and part of the wall. We just didn't feel we could afford the cost for a total remodel. It was just too expensive for our budget.

We were not that impressed with their quality and their prices. The price seemed high. They showed us samples, took measurements and gave us the estimate on site. They weren't real high pressure, but they had a canned program that they used and it was just something we were not comfortable with it. The product seemed lower end to us. They were very responsive. I called them and they came over.

He did an excellent job. He fixed it and I was very happy with his work. He was very reasonable and he was very pleasant. I had something fall off the wall and it nicked the tub. He fixed several places in it. I was not able to use the tub for 24 hours, but that was no problem. I didn't go in there to see what he did, but I think he prepped the surface, put something in it, and let it sit and then put a little top coat on it and that was it. My fixture is white in color. It looks fine and you can't tell that it has been fixed. I called 2 people and of the 2 of them he was the only one that called back. He was here for an hour and I waited a day before taking a shower the next morning. In fact, I even called him back later because when I got into the tub, I evidently scraped my toes along the tub and got nail polish on the tub. I wasn't too sure what to do with it and he told me to use a little bit of nail polish remover. His price was excellent. His responsiveness was very good. He was punctual and he was a pleasant person. He didn't make himself at home, but he was polite and answered my questions. When I called him with that question, he was polite enough to call back and answer my question. He seemed like a very nice person. I might have called him a couple of days before Christmas Eve. I was worried because my sister was coming to town and he told me that the tub would be dry enough when she arrived. He didn't give you the impression of a big company. He is a good guy working.

They didn't even leave us a quote so they weren't very high on our list.

Excellent work and we are very please with the results This door is fine but the might not be as good a quality as I was expecting. The work was excellent. We were not really pleased with quality of door but the service has been great. Couldn't ask more of the company.

I did not use this company because of the salesman price quote was too high. They quoted me approx $6,000 to tear out a one piece fiberglass tub/shower and replace with an acyrlic tub. The salesman was insulting to my intelligence. He tried to convince me that because the tub would be hand pour to fit my tub area that it would cost that much. I priced acyrlic tubs and they were way overpriced for material and labor cost.

I attended the Indianapolis Home and Remodeling Show. No one was at the booth and I filled out a card to win a discount on a sunroom. I also noted that I was interested in a free estimate for a sunroom. Starting on Tuesday I began receiving phone calls on my cell phone but no message was left. Due to my position at IUPUI, I screen phone calls that I do not know. From Tuesday through Friday I received over 15 phone calls ranging from 9am - 9pm from the same number. Each time a message was never left. Friday morning I decided to call this number back to see who keeps calling. I discovered that it was LJ Stone. I explained my unhappiness with the company because they called a great deal during the business day when I was in important meetings at IUPUI. They told me that it was a computer that makes the calls and that they would transfer me to that department. I was transferred and shared my story and said that I could understand 2 or 3 phone calls but 15+ phone calls (I have the cell phone records to prove it) is excessive. I explained to them that a personal phone call and not a computer is much more professional. They said they were sorry. I said that I was looking forward to an estimate since I have other companies coming out but that due to this experience I wasn't sure. They simply asked if I wanted to be removed from the computer and I said yes - thank you. The woman (I believer her name was Mary) then said "good day" and hung up the phone. This company never asked how they could redeem themselves or make any offer to make up for the inconvience they created for me during my work day. I had heard great things about this company but as far as professionalism goes this was the worst I have ever experienced by a company. If they had offered to provide me a discount of even 100 bucks I would have been impressed. As it is, they have lost a potential customer at this point in time.

I thought their prices were excellent and beyond everyone else; they did a great job explaining things. They were right on, showing up on time. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, they did an A+ job. I saw the product first, and that is was drew me to the company. Their estimate was about 3,000 less then anyone else.

The work is absolutely beautiful. However, it took them forever to get the work done. This was kind of a pain since I couldn't use my kitchen during that time. The work took over a week.

The salesman was very courteous and explained the different options available. The installer worked very quietly and explained what he was doing. He was very neat and cleaned up the areas where he worked. He also gave me a lot of hints for caring for the enclosure. I was happy!

I was looking to replace some windows, and a salesman came out and gave me a quote. We scheduled a time to do the work. They called and checked to see if it would be more convenient for them to come earlier. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very thorough.

I'm very pleased with their work. They worked fast and were polite. I'm not sure how it happened or what they did but I now have more water pressure than I did before which is great. I would recommend.

The crew was on time, personable & I enjoyed their presence and being with them.

I've used them a few times since then. They underestimated the original job and needed to bring in more equipment. This tore up the grass a little, but they were responsible and took care of it for me, laying new topsoil and seed. The price includes removing the old concrete patio.

From start to finish the cement layers were courteous, hard working, and pleasant. The installer of the room was on time and knew his business. I was very pleased with their work. The layout man stole my heart (smile) from the beginning.

I was very pleased with my experience with the LJ Stone Company. The salesman, Todd, was very professional and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the improvements every step of the way. The work crews were efficient and professional. The soffits were installed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was of high quality. The windows are absolutely great. The installer was extremely professional and was obviously very experienced. The windows are exactly as described and I could not have asked for a better job. The attention to details was exceptional even the caulking job around the windows is perfect. There was no debris left behind after the job was complete. I would, without a doubt, recommend this company to anyone. They are trustworthy, professional, reliable, and very experienced.

The process was pleasant. My husband and I know what we want, we like to do things once, do them properly the first time, and forget about it forever. I told the salesman that my concerns were product quality, service after the sale and warranty. The salesman addressed those items to our satisfaction and we signed that evening. We had several questions regarding timing of the project because we travel alot. We were able to contact the salesman most times we called. I found out that this was a family business that has been around for as long as I have been alive. The installer was such a good guy. My husband planned to be at home during the installation but after about 20 minutes of talking to the guy, he gave him the house key and told him to lock up when he was done. We are very impatient people and wish the job could have been completed sooner but we would not have wanted to sacrifice the quality.
