Continual problems with correct installation, measuring, leveling and just getting the job completed. Multiple workers on the job, had to continually watch what was done and ask for corrections or a better job. Owner almost never came to check work and they were working on multiple projects at the same time, delaying the completion. Paid thru Lowes...they were the contractor for Lowes on the project.

Very bad experience very very bad because we still have a lot of work to get done and we got rip off with them with that company so bad we haven't gotten the other things done, we have a fire place our steps are broken we tried both of us are doctors we have money it's not like the guy build the garage he starts one price so we end up paying thirty six thousands dollars. because I need to build a room in the back for my son and a kitchen and we just can't find anyone good the start off with one price and when we start.We finally got JLC to build the garage in the back and he was just a total it took him ten months hon ten months piece meal he would leave and go we had call back all the time and then finally I had three thousand dollars held back I said soft it it was like piece meal really bad he did I. It took him ten months to get it done it was too much conflict, too much conflict and not professionally done. so we need someone to do the chimney the front step needs to get done we need to build a room the kitchen we need to build a new kitchen.

Someone answered the phone with "hello" no company name or anything. I said I needed work done in the town I live in, the person on the phone said that "his crew" wouldn't do the job.

Very Well. Terry and his team are one of the best contractors we have had in a long time. Great work. Always keeping in touch with the property manager and junior property manager that is on site. They are always professional and do great work.

Terry was very personable and laid out what was going to happen and when. His time frame for getting the job done was longer than he said. I feel like he did not have much control over his subcontractors. The drywallers especially seem to come and go when they wanted. Did not put plastic sheeting back up after we took it down for the weekend so we could have easy access to the back door and downstairs bathroom. When we got home that monday we had excessive drywall dust in the kitchen.

"Gentleman" I spoke to very rude, cut me off before I could even tell him the type of services I needed (exactly the kind of thing they are advertising)

It went very well, but took a little longer to complete than expected. Chad offered to come in on weekends to work when available. He was very courteous, explained things very thoroughly, and made the experience of not having a working bathroom as tolerable as possible. We always had a toilet overnight, and Chad was always conscientious about cleaning the messes. We love the new bathroom and are pleased with the results.

It went very well. I was worried that I would be without my kitchen for a long time and the mess would spread to the rest of the house. The experience could not have been better, they kept the mess contained in the area and worked very quickly and efficiently.

I went very well, they did a great job. They were nice and clean.
