Indiana Exterminating

I haven't seen a single yellow jacket since he came out.

Indiana Exterminating has been very professional and responsive.along with knowledgeable. Their prices have been very reasonable. They are now our go to pest exterminators.

Arrived within the time parameters stated. Checked the entire perimeter of my home for any other possible nests. Answered the phone promptly. Stated that if insects were not gone in 48 hrs., call and he would return at no charge. Insects had disappeared in less than 24 hrs. Very satisfied.

We called in a bit of panic when we realized that hornets made into our garage. We were worried that they would come into the house soon. Thankfully, the company could fit us in that afternoon. We had to be a bit flexible because we were being scheduled between appointments. They contacted us when the the previous appointment went longer than planned. The exterminator could not spray the next directly because of its location (between the bricks and wood in the attic) so he sprayed into the nest from one direction (outside). If that did not work, he would return to spray from another direction (inside). It worked! We were just grateful that he could come that day!

Within 48 hours the yellow jackets were all dead. Even the ones that had buried under the window seal. They were fast and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using them for several years and they are great. Sometime back another company advised I had termites on one of my rental properties and Indiana Exterminating advised that there were none. I have an exterminating contract with them for another rental property. They are a family owned business and they come once every month. I will continue to use them in the future.
