Description of Work: Hines Masonry rebuilt a small brick wall that was about to collapse and did some tuck pointing on the brick exterior of our house. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreI needed work done on my chimney and called on March 10, 2014 and the woman who answered the phone said they would get back to me. They never did. I called again on March 17, 2014 and no one answered the phone and I left a voicemail to return my call. No one ever did, as of this date March 25, 2014. I find this to be unacceptable conduct.

+ -1 moreTony talked us through our options (replace/repair/change from wood to gas fireplace), gave us a fair price, sorted through and gave us good options for which brick to use, and did all the work in a timely manner. The only problem we had with the whole transaction was with a separate company which was contracted to do the metal top of the chimney, because they took a long time doing their part of the work. But we are very happy with the work Tony did, and we would definitely hire him again in the future.
