They're very good at what they do, and they explain everything that they are going to do. They arrive when they say they are going to. I plan on using them again in the future.

On 3/19/2016 (Saturday) I woke up to no water. I went to check the water pump and attempting to access the crawl space. After removing the access cover to the crawl space, I found about 12" of standing water. I contacted Enterprise Plumbing (I had an estimate performed by them for a rental property - see review from 1/1/16), so I was familiar with their responsiveness and professionalism. I explained my situation, and within a couple of hours, one of their staff (Logan) was at my home. He immediately dropped a sump pump into my crawl space to drain it. My sump pump had apparently burned out at some point following the start of the leak. Logan was very friendly and informative - he was on call that weekend, and advised me to contact him as soon as the water had been pumped out so he could diagnose and repair the issue. Unfortunately, it took several hours to pump out all of the water that had accumulated - not Logan or Enterprise's fault, but mine for not realizing there was a leak earlier. However, during this time, Logan stayed in frequent communication with me and even offered to come out in the late evening. About 8 pm that night, I contacted Logan and informed him there was still an inch or two of water that remained to be pumped out, so we agreed he would return in the morning. On 3/20, Logan returned at the time we had agreed, and discovered that the water pump tank was leaking. He obtained a new pump tank and installed it in a short period of time. The previous owner clearly built the home around the existing tank, because the crawl space access was not large enough to bring the old tank out or put the new tank in. After discussion with me, Logan did have to cut out a portion of the drywall in the garage in order to get the new tank installed. This was not an issue as water was more important and the trim board in the garage covered the portion of drywall that had to been removed. The problem was resolved and we had water again by lunch time. Given the fact that this all occurred on a Saturday and Sunday, I was fine paying the added weekend labor rate. Especially since some plumbing companies are moving away from weekend services altogether. I could have easily been without water until Monday or Tuesday. I was extremely satisfied with Logan's work and level of communication, as well as the overall responsiveness and professionalism of Enterprise Plumbing. I will be utilizing them again for any home or rental property plumbing work I might require in the future.

Polite, fast, can't complain about the price since you pay for the expertise and experience that you don't have.

Went great: I called during regular business hours, they set up an appointment for the next day. They met the projected arrival window and called to say they were on their way. Professional service. Tidy. Got the job done in about 30 minutes. I rated n/a on the cost because I've no idea what the local market is like. However, I would use them again without hesitation.

Friendly and absolutely professional. They were able to get out to us extremely quick and did absolutely great work. I recommend Enterprise for anyone in need of plumbing work.

Went well. I had tried to fix the issue myself and they were very positive about that. I have three dogs and he interacted very well with them and even had me let them out so he could pet them. The service was quick and he had all the right parts which I was worried about because I couldn't find the needed parts, even at a local plumbing wholesaler. I would use them again.

They promptly came out the same day and not only fixed the leaks but checked all of our plumbing. Replaced the valves on the washer hookup. Outstanding service, very courteous, prompt and professional. We will be using them for any future needs. John the technician troubleshot all the issues in our home and provided extraordinary service.

I contacted Enterprise Plumbing on Tuesday September 2 and was told I'd hear from them to schedule an appointment that afternoon or the following morning. I'm still waiting... Actually...I'm not waiting, I'm calling someone else.

I have some other work to be done and I would probably call them to do it. There wasn’t very much of cleaning up to do because I was there. I had a flooded basement so I had to pump the water out and all they did was to come and replaced a sump pump. The mess they made was in destroying a few bolts from what was left over from the flooded basement, nothing that I could judge that on. Price wise I don’t have anything to compare them with. I do not feel what I paid them was out of line at all. They would have been here earlier if I had wanted them to.

They were very good. They were on time, courteous and clean. They did a good job.

Enterprise showed up and Chad, the plumber, took care of everything. He was careful to keep the excavator off the neighbor's property and didn't complain about the very small access to the crawlspace! The work was done quickly and professionally. I gave a B for responsiveness just because I waited a little while for the estimate but I understand that other jobs take longer than expected.

He did a good job and everything is fine now.

Patrick, from Enterprise, was a very friendly gentleman. He completed his work, while also making a little small talk. I would recommend Enterprise Plumbing to my friends, and I would use them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

I called them on a tuesday and they gave me an appointment on friday morning. The worker came on time and did a good job. I will use their service again.

It was almost cheaper than renting the machine myself.

Cleaned outside drains. Suggested we completely replace the line due to some cracks and roots in the line. No idea where the line even connects at this point. Enterprise also cleaned the drains in March 2013. They also fixed a water heater at that time. The reason for this call was that water came out from under the toilet (at seal level) when the washer spun out. My main concern about both visits in 2013: they were to call my cell phone before going to the house. It is my rental house, so I needed to be sure someone would be there when they arrived. In March, they called my home phone and left a message...no one was home. I got the message after the day was done. I even told them to call the cell phone, not home phone. The latest incident on 11/4/13...they failed to call my cell phone again after I asked them to. The assigned worker just showed up at the house. I told him he was fortunate that someone was there since I got no notification. His response was that he simply had a work order to do this job. I'm hoping the issue is corrected. I don't believe he inspected the toilet area to see if there as another issue that needed addressed. But I was not there when he arrived. The worker was pleasant, his attitude or demeanor had nothing to do with my comments on this job.

I had contacted a plumber to come to our house when we started losing water pressure. We live in the country and have a septic system.That plumber came out and said we needed a new tank (because our house was too big for the tank that was installed 8 years ago)... although we had never had a problem before. We agreed to pay $400 for the tank and labor and the plumber was to get the part the next day and install it but he never came back and after a follow-up call asking him to call me, I looked at Angie's List and decided to try Enterprise... I am sooooo happy I did. My husband said the person who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband had recently upgraded our water filters and evidently the filter was filtering too much.... wonderful water pressure now, and we saved over $300 :) I will use Enterprise in the future and suggest everyone else does too....

The serviceman removed the inside mechanics of the toilet and replaced with new parts. He was efficient, friendly, and very neat. He cleaned up after his work and left the restroom in perfect shape. We were very pleased and will call them again.

Serviceman showed up on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour (including the time it took to go fetch a replacement part). Excellent results.

We hired them to turn the water back on in the house and move the washer and dryer hookups. I told the estimator how I wanted the washer and dryer to be configured. The installers came out asked my husband and father where to install the set. The did not ask for specifics and should have had them. They moved the connections and turned on the water did not check for leaks or any other necessary repairs, which we had discussed and had expected them to do. The kitchen sink had been removed and the plumbing their was really bad. When they turned on the water it started spurting out of the kitchen pipes. The HVAC installer had to help turn off the shut off valve at the sink because the plumber didn't bother to come in when my husband and father called out to him that water was going everywhere. We were expecting a list of things that would need repair after the water was turned back on, they did not bother to check anything. After the job was completed and I returned to the house, I saw that the washer and dryer had been installed opposite from how I had asked. My husband called enterprise and they told him too bad. I called and got upset and they finally agreed to change it , however the estimator did not recall our conversation about the set up specifics and implied that I was lying. The estimator is the one who came out to fix it and he was quite rude. He couldn't understand why I wanted a specific configuration. He said we don't have a problem fixing it, you didn't have to get huffy about it. Funny because until I got "huffy" they were not going to make it right. We also discovered many pluming issues that needed to be repaired and had to have a family friend do most of those repairs.

I awoke to find water cascading through a ceiling light fixture on the first floor of my home and immediately called Enterprise Plumbing since I had used them before to put in some plumbing for a laundry. The plumber arrived withing 30 minutes and assessed the situation. He located the problem which was a cracked seal in the upstairs bathroom toilet. He replaced the seal and also the flapper which was also leaking. He cleaned up his work area and wore covers over his shoes to protect my floors. He was efficient and professional and very polite. He finished within an hour and the charge was very reasonable. I will call Enterprise again should I need a plumber in the future.

Came out on time, performed the work, seems to be working ok. Friendly Service Man, very satisfied. I thought he was going to have to put in a new faucet, which would have cost abour $100, but he said he could repair it, which saved me some $$$. I would recommend them.
