I couldn't get them out the same day, but they arrived on time the next day as promised. Work was fast, and effective, for a reasonable price. A couple times now, they steered me right, recommending less expensive work when they were in a position to cheat me. I trust them, and recommend highly.

Great. They came out on day one to apply emergency corrective actions to the backed up line. The next business day, they came out and installed the clean out. They arrived right at 8:00AM and completed the work before we knew they were even there.

They gave me a same day appointment and did the job in less than an hour. I haven't had the sewer line cleaned out in about 5 years and they pulled a lot of roots out of it. All of my drains ran perfectly after they finished the work. The guys did a great job and I'm happy with their service. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

As I started cleaning up after the super bowl, I realized that I had no hot water. I checked the ate heater and noticed that the pilot had gone out. This morning, I called a few places and this was the only one that said they could have someone out immediately. The operator took my name and number and said someone will be here between 10-12. It was 930am when I called. At 1030, the plumbers where knocking on my door. It was wet outside so they took the boots off and then serviced the water heater. He Re-lit the pilot and gave me an estimate on a replacement as the one I have hasn't been replaced in years. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and I only missed a couple of hours of work. Great job!

I woke up Monday morning and found out I had no water in the house. went and check the pump and saw I had no pressure and pump was not turning on. called David Jackson Plumbing around n10am and was given an appointment time of 12-2pm. Was not even 20 min and received a call asking if it was ok for them to come out. Once here they were very Professional by checking everything out. They asked permission before entering the house to check the breaker box. after checking everything out found out just the switch was bad and needed to be replace. with not knowing much about well pumps, they could have just told me I needed to replaced everything, but they did not do that. They did tell me it would need to be replaced sometime next year more than likely, but not necessary today. I was very happy with them and would recommend their services to anyone who needs a honest and reliable plumber.

I was extremely impressed with the price. We were only charged $100.00. I felt that even $150.00 would have been fair considering the work they did. I called on a Monday afternoon and they gave me a two hour timeframe in which to expect them. They arrive promptly and were very respectful of our house. They took their shoes off and cleaned up any mess that they made. Both men were easy to talk to and easy to work with. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Called to schedule the drain cleaning, and was given an appt for 9 a.m. the next day. Craig called before he came to our house, and was there 10 minutes early. Worked quickly and efficiently to clean the drain. Took less than an hour. Prompt, courteous, pleasant. Made sure to shut the gate to the back yard when finished. Will use this company again.

My experience has gone well. The staff are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing has been reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

They have fixed broken water lines in my yard. They have repaired leaks in a crawl space, they have cleaned lines where tree roots created backups. They repaired busted water lines on a property....tenant had gotten his heat shut off....I was so worried what costs may have been involved with that...and they were out that day, and it was only $220!!!!!!!!! Before I found them, I have used 2 other companies in Muncie and got totally ripped off!!!!!!! I never worry when I call them that they are going to over charge me. I have used them at least 10 times if not more.....and hope they are around for a long time.

At least one of these was beyond his control....it involved needing a carpenter before the plumbing work could be done. We are still working on the other issue....he told us we need a new faucet....probably correct but we will see. He didn't charge us and won't until we get the new faucet and call him to install it.

Jackson Plumbers has provided expert services for 20+ years. They have replaces the sewer main from the street to our house. They replaced a water heater. The same plumbers come each time and have learned where clean outs are located. Our home is nearly 100 years old and our plumbing works like new after repairs from Jackson Plumbing. They are always on time.

It went really really well. It was a relative emergency, as the darn water heater decided to spring a leak on a Sunday and during the big January snowfall. After we turned off the water, we emailed the Jackson and Son to schedule the installation service. The company responded right away on Monday morning and we were able to get our hot water heater on Tuesday afternoon. Yes, it was inconvenient for a few days. And yes, I may have found a cheaper hot water heater but it would still would have been need to be delivered and installed somehow. I'm very happy with Jackson and Son.

Jackson and Son did an excellent job in repairing the broken pipes that had frozen during the incredibly cold weather in early Jan 2014. The after-hours job ended up being a little more complicated due to the older plumbing and subsequent retrofitting. I highly recommend Jackson and Son!!

They are very prompt, priced well. They have been providing services for my self and family members for years. Have always been happy with the work and personnel. I feel the prices are approp to the services....I really can't compare as I have not used other plumbers.

They were prompt and efficient. The line was cleared on the first attempt. No problems since.

We were very satisfied. They were very friendly. Gave us a lot of information. They worked very quickly, efficiently. They were careful about putting things back to the way they were. They gave us more information about other things for the future if something went wrong. They were very informative. I don't think it was overall highly priced. I was happy with it.

They have been out 3x and have said each time they have fixed the problem and each time I have been charged additional monies, but the (same) problem still isn't fixed. At what point does a company make it right and not charge the consumer?

When he said he was going to be here, he was around that time. Everything he did looked professional. He doesn't come in by himself; he has 2 or 3 of them and just work. He was recommended by somebody. The price was good. Sometimes, the price really does not matter to me, if they do a good job. The person is presentable and good mannerism. He is the best around.

The main thing that they did was they installed 2 outdoor freezeless water faucets, but they took care of some other problems too. They did some other things too, and they actually installed a window for my mother-in-law too. This was the first time I used them, and I was definitely satisfied with them. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are reliable and do a professional job. I would recommend them to anybody. They are good and fast Their price is high like anybody else but they do an excellent job.
