From start to finish, the 2 gentlemen we dealt with at Critter Control were extremely professional. I spoke with one person on the phone to explain the problem and schedule the service; however, I did not get his name. Steve is the one who came out to deal with our bird problem and he did a fantastic job! He checked the 3 vents, went into the attic to see if any duct work had been breached, cut and replaced all sections of duct that had nesting material, and placed steel cages over the outside louvers to keep them from getting in again. He even put a cap over our dryer vent and covered a small hole at the corner of our garage overhang where I've seen a bird enter before and included those things in the price we agreed to ahead of time for the 3 vents ($199/vent). He was professional, personable, took care of the problem, and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend!

They are not just trying to get a contract out of you, they really seem to know what they are doing. They did quality work. They are going to do a follow up with me sometime soon. They were easy to work with and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I highly recommend them to anyone.
