+ -1 moreI replaced my thermostat last year and did not properly hook up the heat pump. This winter I have had outrageous electric bills so I called Coovert to see if they could check my sloppy work. I called late in the afternoon on a Thursday and arranged an appointment for the following Monday. the technician was on time and spent about an hour thoroughly checking everything was properly working. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Description of Work: The technician checked all my connections, properly programmed my thermostat for the heat pump, checked my furnace to ensure it was properly working, and checked my outside unit was working correctly

They installed a new air conditioner system and thermostat in my home in 2011. I bought my home in 2005 and this company had installed the furnace in the home in 2003 so I contacted them for annual service. They are professional and respond to all my questions. I am satisfied with their work.
