Description of Work: This provider did nothing. I called on multiple occasions to have them come and look at my chimney. There were no return calls and no real contact. I obtained their card from a local contractor supply company so I assumed they were reputable and reliable. Either they have so much business they don't need additional work or they just aren't concerned with new customers.... Hopefully, I will be able to find another company who is interested in doing business with me.

Description of Work: Nothing. I've attempted to contact them several times based on their reviews. Only once have I been able to get ahold of a a live person. I left a message with contact information and never heard anything. Each other time I attempted to call, I received a general voicemail message. I left two messages with my contact information and heard nothing back.

+ 1 moreThey were very professional, neat and tidy. They put down rugs to keep our floors and carpet clean, then went up on the roof and cleaned the chimney. After that was done they cleaned the insert even disassembling the fire brick shelf in the top. They found one cracked fire brick in the back, which was a narrow piece. It was a brick that I had previously noticed being cracked. They had seen this before with this type of insert, suggested moving the other one like it to the corner. They also found another brick that was starting to crack. They cut new bricks to fit, and placed the 2 narrow bricks in the back corners, so they would be less likely to be damaged as I put wood in. The re-assembled the brick shelf in the top. They inspected the door and its seal, and the operation of the stove levers. Once done they picked everything up making sure not to leave a mess. This is the second time I've had the out and I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Chimney and fireplace insert cleaning and inspection.
