I hate dealing with comcast if there was another provider in our area we could use we would. There Internet works well we rarely have issues with it. Now there customer service is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, half of the reps do not understand how to fix anything. They need to extend there training of employees for alot longer then it is. They billed us for equipment we were still using and i got a letter saying it was going to hit my credit score its been over five months and they finally credited the fee back but they credited it to the wrong account and not even our current account. So we have a credit we cant even use. ive spoke to reps over the phone and via twitter and none of them know how to fix the issue ive has numerous times to speak to a supervisor and every time they tell me they will transfer me to a supervisor they throw me back into the call que. This is the worst company ever for customer service.

Our cable, internet, and phone services were intermittent. we made use of trying a couple things on our own to remedy the problem. However when these didn't work the Comcast staff on the phone stayed with until we could determine that the problem was not in our personal equipment but was something in the system. We scheduled an appointment and they would have been out the next day except this didn't fit for our schedules so we scheduled it for the following day. we came to find out that others in our area reported the same problem. We noticed that the problem was fixed even before the appointment time. In the meantime they had fixed the problem within a day of our report. They are good about confirming appointments and informed us of the fix and we didn't need to take time out of our day to keep the appointment. They were also accommodating in giving us a later appointment, when we thought that we needed an appointment.
