Description of Work: Planted shrub around my home and created a natural border

Description of Work: We had a fire & the house had to be torn down & rebuilt. We had a paver patio & concrete driveway that also had to be replaced. They did a very nice job in planning a landscape that would compliment the look of our new house. They put in in a beautiful curved paver patio in the back yard that wrapped around our above ground pool & hid much of it. They also redid all flower beds to go with new design complete with most plantings (we did use many of our own preexisting plants). They also graded & added lots of dirt to backyard prior to seeding the yard. I was somewhat suspicious of some of the plantings they did & some have not lived although they already know they will be replacing them. They also rebuilt a retaining wall/flower bed for us using stones we already had in place. Ther was lots of labor used on this job & the materials we chose were not cheap, but it looks fantastic. The main problems we had with them was that the owner tends to overbook his workers. The job took much longer than they anticipated & the workers were pulled off for other jobs without finishing our job. This happened several times & was very frustrating. Also because of poor communication, I had to take a number of days off work to be there when they were there so that I could let our dogs out. The dogs usually come & go through a dog door & they couldn't do this with workers in the yard & with gates left open. If I had known in advance that they either were or were not working on various days, I could have arranged with someone to care for the dogs. Instead, I had to leave work to deal with it. Often I woujld get phone calls from them after I was at work wondering why the dogs were free to run in the back yard.

Description of Work: Killed poison ivy in overgrown hedges; removed non-hedge growth (maple trees, etc.) trimmed hedges and hauled away trimmings.

Description of Work: I use Clean-Cut Lawn & Landscape Company on a regular basis. They have done pavers for my driveway. I have a yearly contract with them and they have been with me for a number of years. They do my lawn mowing, trimming, lawn cleanup and put the mulch down. They do snow removal in the winter and that's a separate contract. They did a spring clean up last month.
