+ -1 moreWe were very satisfied. He comes back to redo the treatment if I call him and he is very friendly. He is somebody that I feel I have faith in. He knows what he is doing. A termite treatment would have cost me $700 but the exterminating treatment only cost $100. He was honest and did not charge me for termites. I think his pricing is about average and I don't think he is much less expensive than others. He did give us a discount for, I think, senior citizens. The ant population seems to be down, but not gone. He always came when I called and I called him several times. He did not come immediately and came when he had other work to do in this area.
Description of Work: I use them for pest control and exterminating. I called him because I thought we had termites, but he came out and said I had carpenter ants.

+ -1 moreThey do what they say they're going to do. They come out and they're not intrusive. They come out and take care of things. If we have an issue in between times which we typically never do, they're right there to take care of it.
