We bought an iron-sulfur-manganese air-induction filter from AquaSystems. It has the word "Smart" in its title. (Sorry, don't remember the exact model.) It's a huge cylinder that stands maybe 5 feet tall. Mention that you saw a coupon on Angie's List, and they might reduce the price, which they did for us. Our well water was terrible, full of sulfur and iron. Our filter was installed by a well-qualified technician, and the sales staff seemed to really care that we were satisfied. Other plumbers and Culligan wanted to sell us a better softener, which wasn't what we needed. We have a Water Boss softener -- not the best, but it works. I called the corporate Aqua Systems HQ for help refining the settings on this filter, and they were very helpful. I asked several AquaSystems staffers what the media inside the tank is, and they said they didn't know. It's apparently some kind of trade secret. But I can attest that it works after having the tank installed for several months now. Culligan's equivalent iron-sulfur filter was way more expensive. This filter isn't cheap -- around $1,500 or more. But it made our drinking water nice and clear for the whole house. Culligan's equivalent is about $1,000 more, if my research is correct.

they were very easy to work with regarding scheduling and were prompt and timely.

It was fine. For my prospectus, I really like the billing because I can pay that online. That's very convenient. They come when I call them. We haven't had any need for that. The quality of work was fine.

We have been purchasing our water there for about a year. They are a local and convenient company. They are even open on Saturday's.

They were fine. I have used them 3 times before and the service is always good. They have a drive through that you can go through to get rock salt without getting out of your car. The guys have always been very nice to me.

I like the local service very much. I am not too impressed with the new management out of town. I pay the bills locally when the water is delivered and I still get a bill mailed to me from out of town expecting another payment.
