+ -1 moreAt order time carport was promised to be installed 8 weeks or less! 6 weeks later I was contacted with and install date of Oct 20,2020. On Oct 15th they contacted me that they will not install the carport on the scheduled date, plus they have no idea when they will. After trying to get a date of install over the next two weeks with no progress, I canceled my order. I followed all the company guidelines of the process and promised a applicable refund within 30 days. It has not quite been 30 days but company will not reply to e-mails.

+ -1 moreI did not get a building. All steel companies as well as Dayton barns took 1,500 dollar from me. Never received the building because they failed the contractor test in my county. I have tried reaching out to the BBB. They forged my husband's signature as well. I paid 1,500 on October 8th. This is the worst company ever. Also they have illegals and were raided.

Description of Work: I contacted them to get pricing for a 12 X 31 car port located in a windy area on a level but sloped drive way. The written quote was wrong, priced the heavier sheet metal but called out the lighter material and did not detail installing the legs in concrete 36" deep. When I asked for a corrected price and description of the correct materials and to state that this includes installation. I received an E-mail response in all CAPS (yelling) that it was included, but no revised agreement. The salesman obviously does not understand any aspect of contract law,that if a customer must sign an agreement in order for the provider to move forward with construction, that the "contract" must be complete (full disclosure). I called the supervisor and explained to her that I sent her salesman the verbiage the way it needed to be written to cover a contract that I would sign, and she sent it to me corrected through the original salesman. I sent two photos of the sloped drive to her since my site it 120 miles from Muncie, and I did not want anyone showing up only to say that it cannot be installed on the sloped drive way. I never got a response of any kind. |This is not a very professional organization and I am probably lucky that they will not be installing my car port.

Description of Work: Delivered and installed carport. The guys doing the labor were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently while making certain they were meeting our needs. They even took extra steps to move some cinder blocks we had to add to the stability of the structure. They were very thorough in making certain everything was level after the carport was built and meticulous in their cleanup. Great crew!

+ 1 moreEverything went excellent. The crew wasted no time, did not stand around. They got here and 45 minutes to an hour later they were on there way. The sales person Angie whom I dealt with is just wonderful. I put down 10% and 4 weeks to the day they arrived. I hope to hire them again in the future for adding some enclosure to the carport. I just love it and couldn't be any happier. Will and have told everyone I know who they should call for their home improvements.

+ -1 moreThey did everything they said they would do. They arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done, but took their time to get things right when they needed to. The finished carport is better then I thought it would be. If I ever need another one I will look for them first.

Description of Work: They helped me design my storage shed...The color I wanted the trim color, the roll up shed door...I wanted a window...They had a crew who put it up cleaned up after and was done 3 or 4 hours..they brought the materials and put it up a nice floor they anchored it...The inspector could not find a thing wrong with it....The only complaint was we should have bought bigger ours is 10x13. I recommend this an A.

+ -1 moreI ordered a 24' by 21' foot garage. The garage measured 24' by 20' after installation. When I called they said they measure the width from side to side which was 24'. They depth measured 20' and they said they include that extra inch on the 6 inch overhang on each side. I was not informed of that at all. We had a walk in door installed as well. The door was only 6 feet tall. I paid $175 extra for that door.
