There was damages done to the skylight and there ended up being 3 major leaks from the roof after the work that they did was completed. We attempted legal pursuit but did not get anywhere with that case so we gave up on pursuing that and will not hire them ever again.

Great! Not only did they fix the roof, they showed up a day early because there was a bad storm forecasted on the day originally scheduled! Fantastic customer service!

A&S repaired my two story down spout that was damaged in a storm. The even adjusted it to help water run away from my home. Sean was very friendly and his team did an excellent job.

They came to house very next day after call and returned the day after that exactly on time and quickly fixed the problem as well as inspecting all other gutters to see if any other repair was needed. They said the others were fine and did not need repair. Very professional, courteous and competent! Would have no reservations recommending them whatsoever.

He came over around noon on a week day about 3 weeks ago and priced the work. He said he would call us with a time when he would be able to do it. We never received a call and I decided to just find another roofer. Then on 9/19 we found an invoice in our mail box for $200.00. The invoice is dated 9/16, if they claim the work was done that day then I REALLY have a hard time believing it as I was home most of that day. If they were here I never gave anyone permission to be at my house without me. 10/17 update : I called another roofing company to have a look. They said the work was done...I just had no way of knowing.

Very professional and did a great job.

They arrived on schedule. The workers worked diligently and were respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall experience was good. We would recommend them.

They were easy to work with and kept me informed all through the project. They contacted my to let me know wheny they would start (exactly as estimated in my original discussions with them) and which days they would be working. They delivered the materials the day before they started. Most of it went on the roof, but a pallet of materials was left in the driveway. As it turned out, they left it on the wrong side of the driveway, however, I called and within 20 to 30 minutes they came back and moved the pallet to the other side of the driveway. I found them to be very responsive to my needs. The men who worked on the project were punctual and very professional in their job performance. Unlike some companies, A & S Roofing provided their own trailer for the old roofing which was removed which means I did not have to pay extra for a dumpster as my neighbors did when they had their roof replaced. The trailer was removed immediately following completion of the work. Tarps were spread out on the ground to catch the trash from the roof. They cleaned up around the house at the completion of each day that they worked and even ran a magnet across my driveway to pick up any stray nails I would say that I had an extremely satisfactory experience with A & S Roofing and if I would ever need to have work done in the future, I would not hesitate to call them. I have also recommended them to friends who need to have work done on their roofs

We used A & S Roofing and he had a "B" rating on Angie's List, but I'd give him an "A+". I don't think he deserves a "B". I used him a couple of weeks ago and he did my neighbors house too. He was anywhere from 25% to 50% cheaper than anybody else. They were probably the best roofers I've ever seen work wise. They're just hard working and dependable. They didn't take chances with my stuff. If it looked like rain they backed off and only did a piece at a time, I mean it was really good service. They're just service oriented, I thought, and price efficient at the same time. You can't get everything when you go price. You're not going to get them at your beckon call, but for the price they were really customer attuned.

They do a good job. They worked in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. I haven't had any problems. The price was competitive. It looks good. If I call the they call me back. The people who showed up were professional. They didn't drive in the yard or have loud radios.

It went badly. The roof is leaking because they did not install flashing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in June of 2006. The report number is 12002553. They are also incorrectly advertising that they are complaint free with the Better Business Burea. I alerted the BBB, but it did not respond to my final two letters on the advertising issue.
