It went very well. They were very good. I didn't have any problems. They did an excellent job.

Father and son team. A bit late, but they notified me that their previous appointment took a bit longer than expected. No problem there. They immediately got to work, and had the entire home pressure washed in a couple of hours. Was very impressed with their speed and efficiency. Our home had quite a bit of dirt and mold on the North side, and tney were able to clean it up very nicely. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs such a job. Professional and efficient all the way!!!

It was great. I was contacted by the office that the crew was running ahead of schedule and was it okay if they came earlier than the scheduled appointment. I was told the two man crew would arrive separately so the potential roof work could be completed before the window washing. The first person on site, rang the doorbell and introduced himself. He explained he would start with the checking our the gutter and valley to determine what was required. He was back shortly and said the gutters (they have covers) were fine but the downspouts needed cleaning. He proceeded to do this and remove debris that had accumulated at the roof valleys. A second person arrived, rang the doorbell and introduced himself. He started on the windows and the first person was soon also working on windows. The windows looked wonderful when they left. None of my plantings were damaged and there was no moisture on any windowsills.

Cleaning went well. Two workers showed up to do the job. All windows were professionally cleaned. After a quick review of their work and after they left, a couple windows had streaks from cleaning when the sun hit them. A minor annoyance: Several window sills were not cleaned as advertised.

I purchased a big deal for window washing. It was scheduled for 7/6 at 12:30.. He called and rescheduled for 9:00. The window washing was done in a very timely manner and the windows looked great.

Went great. They did all of the exterior windows. They were very efficient and responded well. The windows look great.

Excellent work. The young man who cleaned our windows was prompt, courteous, polite and very professional. The windows look brand new. I would highly recommend Window Genie Indy.

This is the second time I have used Window Genie. I scheduled the appointment in advance. Prior to the appointment, they sent me a photo and name of the technician who would be coming to our house. He happened to be available earlier than scheduled, so he called to see if coming earlier would work, and it did. Did a great job and my husband was glad he didn't have to do it himself! Will definitely use them again.

This is the second time this company has cleaned my windows. The first time. The result was perfect. I loved the result. This time the technician was a different person. He called to say he was running early and was on his way to my house, but because I didn't expect him, I was not at home. He said that I should reschedule, but his boss intervened and he was at my house at the agreed upon time. The quality of his work was not nearly as good as the previous technician. I definitely will use this company again but ask not to have this technician come to my house.

They came on time, preformed the job and cleaned up after.

Good value for the price that was charged though perhaps not the best cleaning that I have seen. I would maybe be slightly dissatisfied if I had paid more. The only complaint that I have is that individual who came to clean my windows did not come with the proper equipment. I have a two story house. He could not clean one of the windows because he did not have the device he needed to prevent damaging the gutter. I appreciate that he did not lean his ladder again my gutter and damage it. However, the window did not get cleaned. It would have happened on a second window, but fortunately my husband was home and was able to provide a very tall step ladder that could be used. My expectation is that the person that is sent would be provided with the proper equipment to clean 2nd story windows. Once again, if I had paid a lot more I would be more upset, but based on price I am ok with it. Communication was timely and no problems with setting up the appointment.

I appreciated the prompt response to a request to schedule as well as the email reminder and phone call just before arrival. In particular, I liked the fact that the company emailed a photo of the person who would be coming to do the work. The worker was on time, courteous and worked very efficiently to get the job done. Once he had finished, our winter-dirty windows were sparkling. The service person also left a brochure listing all of the other services the company performs. We will be in need of some of those services over time and will not hesitate to be in touch with Window Genie about them.

Justin came on time. He cleaned all the windows outside. Took about 2 hrs. Now I can see what needs to be done on inside.They look great. Too big of a job for me.

Service was great. We ended up having more sq ft than was included in the deal we purchased, but they did the entire house with no additional charge. We also had them fix a sliding screen. They took the screen with them after the gutter cleaning, fixed it, and dropped it off at out house the next day. We will definitely use again.

It got very confusing because Angie's List had made a mistake. There's two Window Genies, one on the south side and one on the north side. The deal Angie's List had was with the south side and they said that they didn't cover this area. They put me in touch with the north side and those guys charged a little bit more, but we went ahead and did it anyway. They did a very good job. Everything was fine and I'm thinking about calling them again.

We were very pleased with the work Window Genie performed for us at our home. Mike was courteous, professional, and eager to get the job done in a timely manner. The estimate was completed just a day prior to the actual work, and we could not be happier with the completed work. The room in which we got the window tinted is our theater room and had far too much ambient light coming in for optimal daytime viewing. Mike applied a dark tint, which overall improved our viewing experience! We absolutely would recommend Window Genie of Indianapolis based on our experience.

I purchased a coupon. It was great. They did a great job. The guy that came out did it and they were great and they called me right away and they issued a refund for that. They were great. Normally that doesn't happen. They charged me $99 and charged me an extra $3 and did a refund for that so it was reasonable. The windows looked clean. They were great. I like the fact that they provided excellent customer service. They were timely and again, they called me and sent a refund back so I think I would use them again and they provide a good service.

They were responsive and worked around my scheduling. I did fall ill and had to cancel my appointment. They were very accommodating, nice and cooperative. I will contact them again in the spring time to have the work done.

It worked out just fine. They were on time, it was good quality for the price and we were very satisfied.

Very professional, in addition to good communication the company was very responsive to a couple of questions and concerns I had following the service and resolved immediately.

Purchased a DEAL from Angies List. Contacted Window Genie and received a prompt reply. The work was also scheduled promptly. He came at exactly the time scheduled with a call letting me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. The work was completed in a timely manner with cleanup on my deck also.

Everything went very well! I plan to use Window Genie again in the spring. I'm on the schedule! The windows were cleaned very well! The house looked great after being power washed. I recommend Mike Angle and Window Genie to anyone who needs these services!
