The window washer did a nice job. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. It was a big plus that he liked dogs. My windows look great. The only thing that I would do different is have them come in the spring.

The guys arrived on time. They carefully removed everything from front porch and back deck areas, We were very pleased with the the job that they did. Will definitely use in the future.

The techs showed up in a timely manner. Called to let me know they were on their way. I have told friends about their great service and will use them again.

This was the best experience ever. Mike was awesome from the start with a quote to finish with all our windows looking amazing. I plan on having a using their services at least twice a year!

Excellent service. On time. They sent a picture of h serviceman so I would recognize him. Fast but good service. Billing and payment by credit easy. Polite service persons and good follow up. I have used for three years and will definitely again.

It turned out fine. They were running late that day and that was the only downfall. They were suppose to be here in the morning and they could not arrive until the afternoon. The work they did was fine, I mean, they were just doing gutter cleaning for me. I was satisfied with the work. They were here June of 2016. It cost $99. They were good about being scheduled. There were no additional fees.

I was not home, but gutters appeared cleaned out.

They are so affordable, I almost couldn't believe it. ??My whole?experience with this company?was amazing. ??First I found Lori to be very responsive and informative as we e-mailed back and forth to set things up. She answered all of my questions, then scheduled me in. The team of three techs arrived within the time window Lori had given me and got to work quickly. These guys were polite, clean and?personable - I had no qualms about them being in my home. They brought ladders to reach my really high windows and to get down into the window wells.??I absolutely could not believe how quickly they worked; they made it look so easy! In about an hour, they were done, and I had clean, streak-free windows. ??I'm just so impressed with this company, I just can't say enough good things about them. In fact, here it is 5 hours later and I've already recommended them to my son and my next door neighbor. My only problem is that I'm sore from kicking myself for not having them in once a year for the 16 years we've lived in the area!

We had used Window Genie as an Angie's List "deal" a few years ago and had a positive experience so we opted to use them again without the benefit of a "deal". Personnel Arrived on time. Did a great job for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this provider for interior and/or exterior window cleaning.

They were great! I received a call about 10 minutes before they arrived. I had also requested they clean the rain gutters; but within a few minutes, I was told my gutters were clean and didn't need servicing - saving me $75! They could've been dishonest and charged me - they have great integrity and I will continue to call them for services around the house! All 10 windows and 2 storm doors were cleaned (along with the screens). They look beautiful! I highly recommend Window Genie of Indianapolis SW!

I purchased a deal for gutter cleaning. Initially they said they would contact me and come out once we had a bit of thaw. After a few days of warmer weather I hadn't heard from them so I called them back. After that, they were very prompt and were able to come out within a few days and clean the gutters. I wasn't able to be home when they came, but they left the invoice in the door and I could see the debris on the ground around the house and the water problems in the basement have improved so I can tell they are cleaner. I would have appreciated an email with photos to prove all the gutters were clean since I wasn't able to be home. Also, I wish the debris had been cleared away. But, leaving it to be standard practice with gutter cleaning as other providers have done the same thing. Overall, I'm pleased with the results and would hire them again.

We were not able to be there when he cleaned the gutters. I know the gutters were very dirty, even with some green growing up on the roof. The mess was all cleaned up. We were very pleased.

I have nothing but praise. With a "Deal" from Angie's List, ALL our home windows and sliding doors were cleaned for only $99.00!! The repairman was prompt, friendly, and went right to work. Our windows were left sparkling clean, plus we were given two free cans of window cleaner, which is the best I've ever used. As mentioned, the man noticed a torn screen, offered to repair it for $25, then returned and installed it in perfect condition within one week. I will absolutely use this company again. Many thanks! (Aside: They also donated $5 to Indy Honor Flight for each new customer.)

We have a two story, four bedroom home with lots of windows. We had also just had the brick and siding washed so the windows had hard water residue on them. Joe arrived on time and went right to work. Our windows were amazingly clean when he left! We will definitely recommend Window Genie to friends and family.

James works extra hard, and window genie is so easy to schedule and work with. Our window washer James arrived early and wasted no time. He detail cleaned every window. Because I had never had my windows cleaned (don't hate), he had to wash all of them three times. Understandably, there was an extra charge, but it was reasonable and he did an impeccable job. I will be using window genie again.

This father/son team arrived right on schedule and called me when they were headed over. Very polite and thorough. I will definitely call Window Genie to take care of my windows from now on!

Would definitely use again! I just moved into the home and during a huge downpour on Sunday, realized my gutters had obstructions in them when the water overflowed the gutter, poured down the house, making its way into the basement. I bought the deal on Monday and originally they had me scheduled almost 2 weeks out. I accepted the appointment and said to keep me in mind if a cancellation happened. The ended up squeezing me in on Wednesday; 2 days after I bought the deal! I was so relieved to get the gutters cleaned before in rained more! The young man who did the work was very nice and did a good job! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
