Please contact me asap to resolve this. I wish you would have contacted me sooner. The work was done 4 months ago and i assumed everything was fine. I spoke to my tech and he said he did all of the gutters completely around the house and yes you asked him to do the garage and he said yes. We do not automatically do detached garages because some customers do not want them done. Description of Work: He came on time, discussed what he would be doing and answered our questions. We have a large number of windows. When he was done the windows were clear and sparkled. It is weeks later now and they still look good. The young man who was here behaved in a professional manner and represented the company well.

Description of Work: I purchased gutter cleaning from Window Genie (SW) as an Angie's List Big Deal. The young guys that did the work were great - very thorough and professional and polite. We were scheduled for 3:30 on a Friday, but as they were running early, they called ahead to let me know they would be early and showed up just before 2pm and were finished just after 4. We knew the gutters were bad, and they got it all out, leaving no mess behind. We will definitely be calling them next time.
