Fine, both young men nice...maybe expected better job on the large window sills by my patio but I did not inspect any area before they left nor did I point out those sills specifically just assumed since I thought sills were included

Great. They were on time and completed without a mess.

This is the third year that they have done my windows and screens. I purchased a $199 Angies List coupon but the cost of just the windows would have been less than the coupon price. They worked with me and, with screens included, I owed them $15. The only reason that I gave them a C on punctuality was that they were about an hour late for my appointment. I called the office 45 minutes after my appointment "window" and was told that the previous job had run long. Not an issue but they should have let me know without my calling them. Other than that they were great, the young man that was here was very professional, and my windows now sparkle!

Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, the Windiw Genie crew was top notch. We even received an email the day before letting us know who the crew was for our job. A+

Kevin and his team mate (so sorry I've not remembered her name) arrived in the time frame given, got right to work and did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the office sending a photo ID of Kevin when they emailed me to confirm the appt. The clean windows (and especially the clean screens) makes everything look so much better when looking out of the windows. We are truly delighted with the results. Will definitely be going back to them for future window cleaning!

Wonderful. I do have some streaking but a much better job than I could have done. The two fellows doing the work were professional, on time, courteous and knowledgeable concerning the other services Window Genie has to offer. Our windows are a thermopane Pella window but these windows have to be taken apart to clean. The inside on some of the thermopane was were the windows were their worst. I have never been able to clean them without horrible streaking. These two men did a much better job. They also cleaned our great room palladium window which sets over fifteen feet from the floor. Excellent! I will use them again.

The two gentlemen assigned to do my house called prior to coming out to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and went to work. when they were finished they came tot the door to let me know that they were finished and gave me a walk around to make sure I was pleased with the work. They did an excellent job and I would hire again. They were very polite and wanted o make sure I was pleased before they packed up.

Technician was professional, personable and did a great job cleaning the siding - no more green algae! I appreciated Mr. Angle's honesty when he advised against pressure washing the driveway due to several large cracks and a broken section; it's best to replace the concrete. Don't forget to print the coupon offer like I did.

Everything went very well. After talking with us about what needed to be done and how much everything would cost, the two young men who came went right to work and did a great job. We also got our skylight washed, which has never been cleaned before.

They washed 21 of our windows. They did the outsides and they did a fantastic job. They installed all our upstairs screens and helped get a few windows that had been painted shut open.

After our neighbors pressure washed their driveway it was clear we needed to do the same. I had used Window Genie of Indianapolis SW a few times for window cleaning and was always satisfied so I called again for their pressure washing services. The technicians arrived on time and began work right away and I was not disappointed, the results were impressive! I purchased an Angie's List Deal for this service. Now I am thinking I should have them clean the grout in my kitchen.

I stayed with the crew the entire time because I was doing some other things in parallel. They worked very hard and paid attention to details and pointed out a few things that the painter would need to fix. I was very pleased and would recommend them to other potential customers

They did a good job. Just wish they would have cleaned window wells a bit better. Also had some black drips from some of the window sills down the walls.

Techs were very professional and did a very nice job. They encouraged me to inspect their work and point out any concerns I had.

It went very well. Kevin and Braxton, the two technicians sent out to do the work, showed up right on time. They did an excellent job on vinyl siding that had in many areas a somewhat heavy coat of green mold on it. They were very professional and polite. I have hired Window Genie before and will continue to do so.
