Couldn't be happier with Window Genie and James. Windows have never looked cleaner.

They were easy to speak with. They responded back to me quickly. There were two people here doing the work. The windows look good and they did a great job.

We had a couple issues along the way which I pointed out to them. They took care of it right away for me. There were two people here doing the work and it took about 2 days to complete.

They were careful and immaculate. They worked quietly and quickly. Impressed with their work ethic.

Great service from start to finish. Called for estimate which was provided via email within 48 hours. They came and evaluated the job from the outside so I didn't have to be home. They gave me a date as soon as I ok'd the work. Prior to the work date, they sent me a confirmation e-mail which included pictures of their workers so I would know who to expect. The morning they were to arrive at 9:00, he called at 8:50 to confirm and was here at exactly 9:00. The young man was extremely polite and professional and washed all of our windows both in and out in only 4.5 hours. This included a sunroom as well as several up high. The windows look great! They are streak free and crystal clear. I will definitely be calling them again.

Mike arrived on time(even a little early). He did a beautiful job washing all the windows outside.We have almost 60 windows including doors. He was here 2 hrs. Can't wait for sun to come out. I think it is well worth the money.

EMAILING THE CHANGE IN DATES DUE TO WEATHER WAS APPRECIATED UNTIL WE FINALIZED ON 17 MARCH 2014. ON THE DAY OF CLEANING JEREMY WAS ON TIME; PROFESSIONAL; REQUESTED PERMISSION TO USE THE "FACILITIES." LET ME USE HIS LADDER FOR PREP OF 2 OF THE 20 WINDOWS WHICH I APPRECIATED. LITTLE WRANGLING ON THE PRICE AT THE END BUT THEY EVENTUALLY HONORED THE $150 SERVICE FOR $75. TRIED TO UP-SELL DIFFERENT SERVICES A FEW TIMES BUT WAS NOT PUSHY. RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

I wasn't home so I can't describe service. However, my neighbor commented that he thought they did a very good job.

It was good as well. I spent about $30 more. We had them do the rest of the windows. They were professional and nice. They were on time and they did a great job. I would use them again.

Cleaned the all the gutters for the Big Deal price. They came ahead of schedule while we were out of town so I did not see them at work but the gutters I could see were extremely clean. It is probably just a coincidence that we later developed an ice dam (following the 11" snow) in a gutter where we have never had a problem before.

It went very well. They are very professional. Two months later our windows look like they were just washed. I will call them again int he spring to come back.

The person was on time and explained what he would be doing. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very easy to work with and came out right away. He did a very nice job and was hard-working, fast and respectful.

Only issue is that they never knocked on the door to tell me they were there or that they were leaving. thought that was odd. I was home and assumed they would at least knock when done.

It turned out great! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The customer service was excellent. They were on time and their workers were very professional.

Mike called and asked if he could come earlier in the day than planned. That was great! He and a co-worker came and completely cleaned by shower stall tile, my tub surround and decorative wall next to the surround. They did a great job and it took less time than I had anticipated. They were extremely clean. Not a drop on my floors.

I was not here when they came but my wife was here. They came inside and removed the window screens and went outside to clean the windows. I was a bit concerned because it was raining pretty hard that day. The windows were cleaned pretty well $75.00 was a steal because I had no ladder tall enough to clean the 2nd floor windows, nor would I want to climb up there anyway. We may use again in the spring to clean interior and exterior windows.
