Arrived promptly and was done in a relatively short time. Our windows looked like new. I couldn't be happier. The confirmation email I received the day before the technician came out included his photo, which I thought was a nice idea.

We believe that Window Genie might be the most polite and customer friendly people we have ever met! We get a picture of the provider of service, and they are careful to call ahead. Great work, and so considerate. Very very happy with them!

A representative of Window Genie arrived at the appointed time and did the work. We called them back the next day to respond to a drainage problem, and they returned and completed the work to our satisfaction. Their representatives were very cordial. Would definitely use them again.

Owner, Mike Angle, met with us promptly after we contacted him. He described Window Genies services and gave us a cost proposal for cleaning all our windows inside and out. We expressed concern with not wanting a "swarm" of people moving around and through our home and landscaping during the cleaning process and Mr. Angle assured us that a one or two man crew would do the job and be very respectful of our property. Aaron arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked very diligently to thoroughly clean our windows much to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the results, and the price. We will be using Window Genie again in the near future and have recommended them to neighbors. Mr. Angle's company also offers other services such as gutter cleaning, UV Window film, concrete sealing and more.

They arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job on all the windows. We were also happy with the window film, but Mike (the owner) was not, and he asked if he could come back to redo the work because he was not satisfied with it. We were impressed with the pride he takes in his work, but asked if he would wait for us to see how we liked the particular film first because we thought we may want to change it out for something different. We wanted to see how much light entered the room a little later in the season, when the sunlight on the room would be more direct. Over a month later, we contacted him asking if he would come back and switch the film out for a different kind that would block more sunlight. He was very responsive and got us something different within a week. He didn't charge us for the service or for the cost of the new film because he had already offered to replace it originally when he wanted to redo the project. We had expected to pay at least for the cost of the new film. We thought Mike did a great job and were very happy with his company and his work. We will definitely use them for our window cleaning in the future, and will also consider the other services they offer as we need them.

This is the second time we have used Window Genie. Our windows were extremely dirty because of a process done on our log home.. It took the better part of a day to clean them, and they were spotless when they were done. I will continue to use Window Genie. Their price is fair, they are prompt, and do excellent work.

They cleaned the exterior of the windows. The technician suggested that to help me save some money. My house is larger than what the deal covered. There were additional costs which I expected when purchasing the deal. I don’t recall there being any troubles with scheduling. It was a fine experience.

They cleaned all of the windows in the house both inside and out. The service was fine. We had used them before and were happy with their service.

An excellent experience from an overall service experience. Customer communications were excellent from setting up the appointment, to confirming the appointment, to sending a photo in advance of the service tech who would be calling at our house, and ending with the professionalism and service they provided on site. Would definitely use them again!

Everything went as was stated. The service man was there about 5 hours and took care to do the job right. I will differently use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They sent one guy who worked for almost three hours. He cleaned about 26 windows both inside and out. He did an excellent job.

It went well. James was the tech assigned to my house and he mistakenly picked up the wrong work order and went to another house first. It wasn't until I called to see if they were still coming did they realize the mistake. To expedite the job, Mike, the owner, came over to help James with the job. They was very apologetic. They were very efficient and did a great job on the windows.and I had some very high ones. My house just seems brighter. I'd use again.

Because the deck was older and had been stained several time, it was very difficult to remove all of the previous stain. They spent more time than I am sure they planned but completed tha task timely and at the price quoted. We are very happy with the results.

The technician sent from Window Genie was a real dream. He was courteous, he talked me through the process before beginning, he arrived with time to spare and my windows looked brand new. When I need this done again, I know who to call!

Very professional. Received a reminder call one or two days before the scheduled work. Mike called before coming to the house to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, but it was raining very hard so we decided he would come later that afternoon if rain had stopped. He came later that afternoon and cleaned gutters. All went well. I have used Window Genie before to have windows cleaned, and knew Mike and his crew would do a good job with the gutters as well.

There were no troubles with scheduling and were able to come out within two weeks. There were additional costs for the square footage and they were listed clearly in the deal. They cleaned up well after completing the work and it even looked better than before they had come. Everything went well.

Technician arrived when scheduled. Cleaned inside windows, gutters and outside windows. The windows looked great, otherwise, we would not have known he was here. There was a $15 difference between estimate and final charge for the windows which I did not question, so was surprised when I received a $15 refund in the mail.

Nice personable staff, did a great job cleaned both glass and screens. Reported an issue with one of the windows. Good value!

It went very well. He was prompt, professional, and quick. He was also nice.

Everything went very well with Window Genie - did take a couple of weeks to get on their schedule but was still worth it as they did a great job. They spent a few hours completing the window cleaning (interior and exterior) for 16 windows and the gutter cleaning. Both men were friendly, covered their shoes while in my home and worked the entire time they were here. My windows are very clean and the gutters are finally emptied out. They also left me with a bottle of window cleaner. I would hire them again and recommend to friends and family.
