Description of Work: Cleaned all windows on first floor on the outside and cleaned the screens. The young man, Jeremy Odom, did a great job. He came early to get started and worked hard and continuously until the job was completed. Even after major rain storms in the past few days the windows are not spotted or dirty looking.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $75 for exterior window cleaning. They cleaned the exterior windows and fixed several screens. They also did additional windows for me. It would have cost about $300, but with the Big Deal I only spent $225.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: I only had the outside windows washed, which included upstairs and downstairs plus a 12' x 12' enclosed porch. The company e-mailed a response to the Angie's List big deal and we scheduled the work the same way. Window Genie e-mailed a photo of the employee they would be sending out. The young man arrived almost on time considering he needed additional directions by phone to the house. He went right to work after I briefly showed him all the locations that needed washing. I had to leave, but left him there to complete the job (outside only). I was very pleased when I returned to see how clean the windows looked. That was the incentive I needed to get the inside windows cleaned, which I did the next day. Overall, I was very pleased and would contact Window Genie for future jobs.
