Description of Work: Whites installed a new foyer light fixture, new loft ceiling fan and new dining room fixture, and multiple can lights. Installed dimmer switches on all. Did a great job.

Description of Work: The service provider was supposed to arrive between 2-4pm on March 1 to install fans. After waiting around all afternoon, the service provided did not come. Called the office, no answer and got an endless voicemail options.

Description of Work: The electricians were professional, kind and efficient. They completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They tested their work and showed me that the work was all done correctly before they left. Some additional parts were needed to complete the job. The electricians had those parts available and the additional cost was very reasonable. I appreciated not having to have them come out a second time to complete the work. Unfortunately, I have had some trouble with the lights that were installed. Both lights were exterior lights and both bulbs went out within one week of installation. White's electric is sending someone out to review the program and correct it if necessary. Overall a pleasant experience to this point.

Description of Work: Our electrical "problem" was solved by throwing an electrical breaker by the electrician. He could have left right there, but did not. "You've got me for two hours," he said, which was the time of the original deal. He installed an outdoor electric box on a patio and an electric wall box in a hallway, but charged us nothing extra. Incredible company and incredible deal.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon and had White's install an electrical outlet in my garage. They also gave me a bid on other work that was reasonable but I have not contracted with them to do yet.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen came to my house, removed the fan and light fixture and replaced that with a new chandelier. They worked quickly, neatly, and well.

Description of Work: I walked through my house with the electrician and got his opinions on what electrical changes were needed. Some of the recemmendations were useful. However, some of the recommendatiosn were clearly wrong. For instance, I was told I only had 3 empty breakeers in my electrical panel and I would need to upgrade the panel to make the changes I wanted. I got a second opinon and was told my electrical box was one that could have "double breakers" installed without getting a new box, - essentially allowing my electrical panel to be doubled in size without getting a new panel. The inspection was much more of a sales call than an inspection. The company might have a very good rating but the person who visited my house was focused on selling, not accurately telling me what things needed to be fixed. I selected another company for my electrical work.

Description of Work: First an estimator visited at a special charge of $39, and checked all the electrical outlets and the circuit breaker box. He found a number of outlets which needed GFIs and that the circuit breaker box was both over-loaded and had a couple of loose contacts which had caused some potentially dangerous sparking. He recommended a whole new breaker box with additional capacity. He left a detailed quote for all the corrective work needed. A relative subsequently suggested we add three extra circuits for future needs and also volunteered to install the GFIs for us. We called White Electrical and got a revised quote over the phone and a date for the work. Two electricians showed up on time and did the work in 3-4 hours. They appeared competent and their work looked professionally done. They answered technical questions and took the time to explain the whats and whys of their work. I would employ them again and would recommend to any other home owner.

Description of Work: After meeting with the owner, I decided on purchasing a whole-house generator. The only small issue I had was the office scheduled installation for Nov.8th and they arrived on Oct. 8th for installation. I was glad I was home and we were all able to make that date work. The work took about 6 actual hours once the work began until the trucks pulled away and the work was completed.

Description of Work: Why so late with this request?????? Symplify this feedback process too many screens and questions/ I had a great experience. I signed up to take advantage of your special deal which would have allowed me to upgrade my electrical service for a nominal fee. The electrician analyzed my situation and informed me that I already had the appropriate service and did not need an upgrade. While he was here he looked at my electrical panel and discovered several breakers that had begun to rust and would have event;ually given me trouble. I authorized him to replace the two breakers. Service was quick, very perofessional and did not cost me a lot of money. I would recomend these folks to anyone.
