 + 0 moreThe electrician cut a hole in the ceiling that was too big for the fan. He wasn't going to do anything about. We called and told them to repair it. The timer on the electronic thermostat hasn't worked since it was installed. Perhaps it was broken when we bought it. Perhaps it was broken during installation. We hired them with one of the special Angie's list deals. I would not do that again.
Description of Work: installed a bathroom fan and an electronic thermostat.

 + -1 moreThis was quite a job in 90+ degree summer heat. The boys had to crawl and drill through our attic space on the second story to install an antique iron chandelier in our master bath. Sam was super polite and nice and even special ordered the ceiling cap for our fixture as the original was too old a style to work with current cords. The job was done perfectly and we are happy customers. Highly recommended!

So that added a day and extra expense but we were ok with that. Not totally unexpected. Very happy with company. Cleaned up each day. Made sure evenings had electricity. Worked room to room. Would use them again.
Description of Work: Total rewire on 1890's bungalow without damaging walls since 1 story. Upgrade to 200 amp service. Install of 220 for stove. Install of 7 ceiling fans.

Their office called the day before to let me know that Jeremy would not be coming due to an emergency. They the asked if Ray could come on the same date but between 10-12. This was fine with me, the sooner the better! Ray installed the outlets and made sure the were working. He completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area. I am very pleased with the work and price. Excellent Job!!! I will definitely use them again!!

 + 0 moreThey told us it wasn't electrical problem. He did an excellent job. He's professional and he did a complete job.
Description of Work: We used White Electrical. We had electrical problem with the hot tub. They checked all the outlets and from the house to see what part of the house because what happened the hot tub keep blowing the circuit; that's why we had call them. They repaired and traced the line through the attic to the front the house and found out that when they put one of the boards down for the flooring; the wire was over the structure board. When they put the other board on the structure board, the wire was between two boards and they cut it, re-strung it.

He even brought an extra pair of shoes so he wouldn't track in water/dirt from outside! I used a Groupon and so the service total with that and supplies was $169. I would definitely use this company again.

 + -1 moreThe deal was honored, but it took the guy at least 3 hours because he was on the phone with his girlfriend a lot. He was very chatty. We talked about additional work but I said I would call them in the future if I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, they showed up a few days later to do the work. I was not home and no work was performed; they just left me a ticket saying that we had an appointment -- which we did not.

 + -1 moreRay Burke came out Saturday night to do a general check over. He came back on Monday and checked my box and my meter. He got on the phone with my electrical company and they came out to make sure everything was ok on their end, but he was able to find the electrical problem outside where there was a frayed cable wire, and since my T.V and microwave are on the same circuit, it was causing the whole house to go out of power.
