Ray did an excellent job with the installation and clean up! He was very professional and timely. Can't say enough about what a great job he did. Price was right and well worth the value. Would hire White's Electrical again in a heartbeat.

It was fine. He arrived on time, was pleasant and didn't take long.

Mike was excellent - punctual, skilled, and very helpful! He told us the cable lighting was toast and would need replacement. He researched possible systems and came back to give us the possibilities and discuss our options. We ended up finding a cable lighting system on our own on which he was able to check specs; he will come in a week to install it. He fixed the outdoor light sensor. He also checked our ceiling fan and didn't waste time on it...it's something that will have to be replaced as there's no way to fix the wobble. We appreciated his honest advice. I would definitely hire White's Electrical and Mike again.

I started having problems with lights flickering, but only in part of the house. Over the course of 2 days, Mike and Chris came out and inspected and troubleshooted to try and find the problem, which of course, didn't occur while they were actually there! Their work was very thorough and professional - working with me to talk about possible causes. After a weekend with no problems, the flickering got much worse, eventually leading to parts of the house going dark and staying dark - but not all of the house. After talking again to Phil, we decided it was time to call IPL. It turned out to be a problem with the connectors at the power pole, so it was not an internal problem after all. But IPL appreciated that I was able to say the electricians had been out and could not find a problem, so there was no question about them sending someone out. And I did get a good safety inspection out of it. I appreciated the help that all at White's gave me, especially considering this seemed unusual to me - to have only half a house affected.

Outlet install and whole house surge protector are great, but the motion-activated eave lights activate when the wind blows... so more stable mounting would have been a plus. I am going to change out the fixtures myself, using a different model that has a sensitivity adjustment to try and compensate for this.

The work was done extremely well. The electrician was exactly on time when he came earlier to provide an estimate, which was significantly lower than a competing estimate. The same electrician was early on the day when he did the work (He arrived about 10 minutes early). We are very pleased.

He was very professional, polite and thorough in his inspection. Fortunately, there were no major repairs needed and I appreciated his honesty in disclosing this to us once the inspection was completed.

White's Electrical LLC came out to install electrical junction box for a ceiling fan. The technician was Michael Allen and he was FANTASTIC!!! He was efficient, helpful, skilled, and cheerful. Michael had to cut into my wall but did it minimally and with only the size necessary in order to run the electrical wire. He was able to complete the task in 2 hours and cleaned up after himself. If you are looking for a technician you should request Michael. So very please with his work. Thank you White's Electrical and thank you Michael.

We found this provider on Angies list. This this property is a rental property, we had to do things via email/phone. They made an appointment with our tenant and emailed the bill. The tenant said he was prompt, cleaned up afterward and took away the broken ceiling lights.

The crew was very professional. Lead electrician had one or two apprentices. The lead man was very communicative polite and very professional. They kept me aware of what they were doing, worked hard and always cleaned up after themselves.

It was very good. They were in and out quick. The guy was very explanatory as he went, didn't mind you asking questions and on time. Very neat. Very down to earth person. It cost me $60 dollars to get a lot of things done that I needed done and he knocked $40 dollars of my original $100 bill since he asked if I would let him put his sign in my yard so I did allow him to put his sign in the yard.

It took them 7 days to respond. By then I had already received an estimate (it turned out that since this was a big job, I had to pay for the estimate). The inspection had been done, estimate finalized and work scheduled with another vendor.

Just wanted a whole house surge protector. Turns out since we have 2 cascaded subpanels, we needed an additional protector. Also, our panels weren't workable for these protectors (one was overtapped, the other used old push-button breakers), so we did new panels and breakers. Main complaint was that it took multiple return visits to get all the loose neutrals resolved, so we dealt with flickering lights for a few weeks. They kept at it, though, and everything's been fine since.

They were an exceptional company to work with. They were actually recommended to me by another electrical company that I found on Angie's List who were just too backed up to do the work. They were very reasonably priced.

It went great. He fixed everything we needed fixed and he realized how important it was to us. He was very professional and kind.
