They did a good job. I wasn't prepared for the over all cost or the job done. Since I had my house built in 2002 I was shocked that the electrical panel wasn't installed properly & they found it damaged already. I could only take their word for it & allow them to do the work.

The service went very well. They even had someone out to repair the drywall where they installed the fans. One technician came out and my brother in law was the one who was actually home for the service. He mentioned the guy was very friendly and nice. I was pleased with the outcome of the service when I got home. They were great with the cleanup and left no mess afterwards. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Very fast quiet and clean work. I'd hire him again. And really reasonable prices .

Had fan replaced in our two bathrooms. One fan doesn't vent as well as the other - Not completely satisfied

He came out for an emergency call and fixed it and he was superb. I called after 5pm and called me right back and even came out after hours to take care of me. They are amazing and are a great company. They are the only company I will ever call for their type of services.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD ON THE TWO CEILING FANS FOR $158.00. THE $100.00 ON THE CHANGING OF BATHROOM LIGHT SWITCH AND TWO PLUGIN COVERS WAS KIND OF EXPENSIVE.

I was very disappointed with that. He was supposed to do a whole house electrical inspection and he went to my breaker box and said that it was in terrible shape and it was going to burn the house down and all this stuff and I need to pay him $2000 right away so that they could replace it and I called an electrician out the next day and they said there was nothing wrong with the breaker box at all. They didn't do the whole house inspection, he said he wouldn't do anything else until the replace the breaker box. They did come out fairly quickly. It was a nice kid that came out and he seemed professional but I would never use them again.

Luke and Shawn installed two ceiling fans with lights in my spare bedrooms on the second floor. They had to go in to the attic to pull the electric wires to the switches and thru the ceiling where the fans would hang. They covered the area with drop cloths to catch the debris from the ceiling. The work was done in exactly the time we were told at time of scheduling. The scheduling office was very courteous and friendly. The Fans are installed and everything looks great. They cleaned the areas. Everything we wanted was accomplished.

I will start this review by saying (as a testament to this company), this is the first review I've ever submitted for a company before the actual work was 100% complete. I'm that confident and that pleased with White's Electrical LLC that I have no reservations of posting this a little premature. We are finishing half of our basement and have been getting at least 3, if not 5 or more, quotes for any work we are not doing ourselves. Of all the quotes received, and the agreements made, this was one of the easiest to pay....even with our extremely tight budget. We've found that the lower bidding parties sometimes rub us the wrong way (like they aren't professional or are going to cut corners or something), while the more professional/experienced appearing guys sometimes are so over priced you can't help but feel like you'd be better off doing the work yourself, or going with the cheaper bids and crossing your fingers. In my opinion, White's electrical hit the sweet spot of price/professionalism/quality. From the initial quote all the way through the actual work, White's employees were always on time and professional. All of their suggestions/advice made sense for our project and what was in our best interest long term. Perhaps most importantly, when a few changes/modifications had to be made once the install was underway and reality had a chance to influence the initial plans, White's crew was awesome about adjusting to fit our needs without trying to nickel and dime us for every slight modification made. They made at least 3 tweaks for us at no charge since the changes didn't really add any cost/time to the project. While I think that is fair and the way it should be, I've also worked with enough companies to know there are a lot of people that view any changes to the invoice/initial agreement as an opportunity to make a little more money to pay of that big boat they just bought (or whatever). Point is, I felt treated fair....start to finish....and taken care of by these guys, and I have no issues or complaints whatsoever to share. Our experience was very positive. I would gladly considering using them again in the future. Jeremy (the lead guy working the job) was awesome at answering questions, filling us in, giving advice, and adjusting things to our liking as the install progressed. He gave me no other impressions other than he was there to do it the right way and was happy to make me happy. He also appeared to put a lot of time and attention into details, seeing how I measured the distance between the can-lights myself and couldn't have spaced them any better based on the initial instructions we gave him. His helper also seemed very hardworking and nice. Yes, this is a lot of money, and yes electrical work is electrical work and we probably could have found somebody cheaper and got essentially the same end product. However, when it comes to your money, time, home and family there is something to be said for having peace of mind with knowing it was done right by people you trust. When you can do that without wiping out your kids college fund, that's a win. After working with White's for our first time, the money was made much easier to pay as the job progressed and we feel good about our decision to use them.

Very professional. Did everything we asked. I am not sure how much it cost but it was very reasonable.

FOLKS, I HAVE TOLD YOU THAT I NEVER USED THIS SERVICE; I CANCELLED MY REQUEST BEFORE THEY CAME; AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING YOU THIS INFORMATION (EVEN BY PHONE) OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER FOR THREE YEARS NOW. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU COULD CORRECT YOUR RECORDS. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MORE TO TELL YOU.

I was happy with them. He hung a chandelier and replaced a faulty wall switch.

Jeremy showed up last week to do an estimate and I was very pleased with the quote. He was very professional and communicated the process very well. I called the main office to schedule him to come out and install the exhaust fan. He was available when I needed the work completed. He came within the scheduled time & worked quickly. The best part was the quoted price was exactly what I paid. Sometimes you receive additional charges for random work that you were unaware of and that gets frustrating. The only negative was the communication with the main office. I called twice during office hours to ask a quick question and I got the machine both times. I would use Whites Electrical again and I would highly recommend Jeremy!

Purchased the big deal from this company. Very professional service, prompt scheduling and excellent workmanship. Will use again in the future.

't They did an outstanding job! Completed all work in a timely manner. There was a bit of misunderstanding regarding a light over our pool table -- rectified immediately. Recommended a wonderful contractor to repair a wall damaged by a roof leak (unrelated to electrical work) Much attention to clean up, courteous, professional. Can't say enough good things about their work.

I would not use them again for several reasons: 1. Day before first appointment they cancelled due to staffing problems 2. Second appointment they did not even show up and I had to call the following day. I was told it was a scheduling error. 3. Over charged and I had to make 3 calls to get it resolved and owner was not very professional. I wanted to pay a fair amount and felt that my questions and concerns were not important to them. 4. The "B" Quality Rating is because the man who did the estimate and the actual electrician who did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We've used White's before, and will continue to do so. Mike was friendly, efficient, and respectful. He was careful in close quarters & also made sure to protect our carpeting as he went in and out of the house.

It went very well. They were quick and did it expertly. They came right when we asked them to come. They were punctual. I’ve use them before and would definitely use them again.

Basically fine. The big job was the outside plug for the pool. If I had know it would cost $100/hour for a trench to be dug for the outside plug, I would have done it myself, or found a kid to do it. I was also concerned that the wire was not put in a conduit pipe but just laid in the trench, part of which is in a flowerbed. It was several days later (because of rain) that I went out to plug in the pool pump and found the box installed was not big enough for the plug. I called Whites and told them the problem. They were not available to come for week. SInce I really didn't want to pay the service call again I researched myself at Lowes and Home Depot about getting a larger box. I was advised to just cut the bottom out of the one I had. I called Whites to cancel my appointment and they insisted to keep the appointment so the tech could look at it. They said they would not charge me. The tech came and cut the bottom out of the box for me. I guess I think that a straight labor charge based on time, rather than what activity is being done, doesn't seem fair.

I bought a big deal for a ceiling fan install. The gentleman from White's came out and informed me that because we had can lights it would cost extra to install the fan. He also informed me that I could get a refund from Angie's List since I couldn't use the advertised service I had purchased.

Angie's List Big Deal Bought an older condo (circa 1986). Had an old light fixture that was hanging too low. Hired to replace w/ a new fixture. They arrived on time and seemed very courteous and professional. I would use them again.

When Tracy came, he said I definitely did not neat a new circuit box, but replaced 3 old-style breakers

It has taken me a long time to write this review, because while I LOVE giving good reviews, I really dislike giving bad ones. We were having problems with a few of our electrical outlets not working - a few inside the house, and most of the outside ones. We decided to use the Angie's List coupon for White's Electric. The men who came out were very nice and professional, and looked over our home's wiring. They let us know that many things were not up to code, and the whole house needed to be rewired quickly. We set up an appointment, and they showed up - on time, again, very courteous, extremely nice people. They finished everything in one day. We thought everything was great, and no worries. The very next week, the outside outlets started going out again. They sent a technician (at a cost of $100 for the trip) to press a reset button. They also told me that any trips they made to check on things would be $100, and that pressing this button should solve my problems... It does not. Three years later, we are back where we started. One of the same outlets in the house is not working - again, and MOST of the outside outlets don't work, even with pressing the reset button. I don't have the $100 to keep calling them to come out to check the work that they did. I am not satisfied, and would not recommend this company.
