It was great. They showed up early and cleaned up well after themselves. There was an initial issue with the wiring in the remote, but they came back a day or two later and took care of it. They also offered to come back if the issue came back as well.

They have an hourly rate and they tell you that before you make the appointment. I think it's prorated every 15 minutes or something. They're competitive. It was acceptable and I would use them again. I found my favorite. When I call them again, I will not just make an appointment. I will call for this specific person and if I have to wait for him, I will. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was very experienced. He was very professional.

We think the fan is still working. He had to get some extra shingles for our roof. We wanted an extended warranty and they said they would do that. But then they said it was undersized and couldn't do it.

They would not service me indicating I was out of service area after scheduling appointment. They did refund the money.

The panel turned out very nice, and we had some other work done as well. When they cut out for the new electrical box, they did not fix the plaster. That would have been nice, though we weren't expecting it.

The provider flawlessly installed 3 ceiling fans. They're sturdy and quiet! My only criticism is that I had other electrical questions but the installer told me he was "just a ceiling fan guy" and couldn't help me with my other electrical needs. That made me question his expertise.

I have been using White’s Electrical for about seven years. Shaun White is the owner. I have dealt directly with him and some of his crew. I have been pleased with all of them. They are a full service company and they even have someone who can work on Geo-thermal furnaces. He always provided an estimate before doing the work and he is very good about that. I have never been blind-sided by the final price of any job. If I ever have a problem, they are very responsive and come out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any of my electrical needs.

It went fine. The first time the technician came out there was an issue with our roof being to steep and too high so we had to reschedule but once it was rescheduled and they came back out it went fine.

The tech came, looked over the situation with the old fan, took down the old fan, unpacked the box with the new fan and installed it. The fan doesn't wobble even at the highest speed. We think he worked efficiently, knew what he was doing and was done almost within an hour.
