 + 0 moreOverall, it was a good experience. Tony's price was very reasonable for what he did. The ceilings were 9 and 10 feet high, and he was painting on all new drywall. He even did some drywall patching. He provided all supplies, including paint, which was of excellent quality. He left the leftover paint for future touch ups. He was always punctual and a pleasure to have around.
Description of Work: Tony was hired to paint the entire interior of a 2000 square foot house we were rehabbing. He painted all walls and ceilings in the house, priming them first, then applying two coats of paint. Next, we decided on different colors for all of the rooms, and he repainted all of the rooms with two or three coats of paint, depending upon the color. On one room, he brought the color of the ceiling down 12 inches on the wall. Tony was always polite and professional, and was patient about having to redo the entire job.

 + -1 moreOnce contacted, Tony came the next day and gave me an estimate. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what work was necessary to restore the house to its' former self. Once I was ready to have the house painted and repaired, Tony took only four days and went above and beyond what we had initially discussed - at no additional cost to me. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work and would definitely contact him for any future painting requests I may have.
Description of Work: Tony painted 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, walk-in closet and two full bathrooms. Previous tenants had painted the living room and kitchen with 3 very dark and hideous colors. Both bathrooms had dry wall damage above the showers due to excessive water splashed above the wall tiles. Tony filled in hundreds of nail holes, repaired the dry wall damage and painted the entire house in just four days! (He also used environmental-friendly paint which cost more per gallon but did not pass on that extra cost to me).

 + 0 moreHe was very thorough. As he painted, he pointed out things that needed attention like more caulking around windows and weather strips around doors. He offered to do these things as well. He was very friendly. I have two children and am a stay at home mom. I felt very comfortable with Tony, at my house. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to anyone that needed painting done.
Description of Work: Tony painted the entire exterior of our house, including doors and screen porch.

Description of Work: Tony did the finish work on a bathroom, textured the ceiling and painted. He also repaired, finished and painted two areas in the house that were damaged.

 + -1 moreSeems to really like his work and wants the job to turn out right. He's workable on the scope if you'd like to do some parts of the work to save money; however, it's important to him to do the final painting to be sure he thinks it looks good if his name will be associated with it. Scheduled the work exactly when I needed it done. Worked very fast.
Description of Work: Caulked and painted exterior trim, soffit, dentil, chimney, and some siding. Work was done prior to shingles, gutter, brick, or windows being set. Half of the work was about 18' above ground level. The chimney was even higher.
