They were good. They did a good job. Everything went well. I don't remember the price I paid. They come out real quick. You don't have to wait for days and weeks. They come out in a day or two of being called. They respond really quickly, usually the next day. They are reasonable in price and they do a good job. Their punctuality is very good. I would probably use them again in the future.

Morz does a great job I highly reccomend.

Troy was efficient and explained each step. He was at the house for about five hours and had to go to a supply store twice for more parts because one frozen pipe turned out to be three. The house is nearly a century old, so he had to search under the house in the crawl space for the burst pipes. The only problem was a muddy mess on the kitchen floor. I don't see how it could have been prevented with the poor guy crawling around in dirt and cobwebs. I should have put newspapers down but I had to leave for a few minutes and my husband didn't think to do that either. At any rate, I would not hesitate to use their services again. The owner, Cecil Morz, called the next day to make sure everything was working. Likewise, I called him the next time it turned frigid to make sure I was doing the correct preventive measures and he was very helpful with advice. It was a positive experience.

Their prices have always been very reasonable. The people have always been very polite. They always take their shoes off before they come into my home. They always have cleaned up after whatever job they do. It almost looks as if they were never there. They have been very personable, but appropriately personable. They always show up when they say they are going to.

They're on time and efficient and don't try to sell things you don't need. They've been here a long time and we use them for their plumbing needs.

Jason and Mark were able to work on their schedule because the house (a rental) was empty. They did a very nice job of all their repairs and installations. They were helpful in cleaning things up and hauling trash away. I'd use them again and can recommend their work. Only drawback was final bill was considerable more than initial estimate, but I did add-on some additional tasks.

He was very timely, provided very good service, and we have even referred them to friends who have also been pleased. We would definitely use him again!

My ancient water heater died on a Thursday and I immediately looked at Angie's list. One plumber with a very high rating said the soonest they could look at it was Monday, and I would be charged for someone to come out and give me an estimate. Repairs would come later and expected price was to be over $900. I then called Morz and they came out the next day, determined what was needed, replaced the water heater, and only charged $600. They came to the house when they said they would, were friendly, and did the job quickly.

DUG OUT SEPTIC TANK PRETTY MUCH AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WHEN SEPTIC SERVICES WOULD HAVE CHARGED $175.00! EXTREMELY POLITE & KNOWLEDGEABLE. REALLY WENT BEYOND CALL OF DUTY!
