Larry was the only person I found out of about 6 or 8 contacts, that was willing to go up on our roof. Though it is about a 10" on 12" pitch, we don't believe it's very unusual. He had no problem, searched around and found a few dings, but not enough to do any repairs. We had tried to find a home inspector as an objective third party to do this, but no one would bite. I figure, if a roofer tells me I don't need roofing, I'm probably safe.

After they agreed to the cost and we had a signed contract, they tried to deal with my insurance company directly to renegotiate a higher cost, without even touching the roof. I've been I am going to use a different company because they've been unprofessional. It isn't right that they said they were going to do the work, then after the contract was signed, they're trying to change the cost.
