 + 1 moreWe knew Jeff was a custom home builder in Mooresville and he said he was interested in the job. He priced it accurately and stayed on price for the scope (I added more to the scope and he repriced it). We talked through the job and he started the job on time. He estimated two weeks and that was accurate also. No problems, he cleaned up after the job and hauled away some of the pole barn trash for me. He did the job as if it were his own pole barn which impressed us, and made us want to use his skills again.
Description of Work: Insulate and drywall 30'x60' pole barn. Install drop ceiling (insulated above it) and installed lights. Update (to code) the electrical panel and install outlets throughout. He painted, installed kick plates, and reinstalled our shelving better than it was installed to begin with.
