 + -1 moreKevin, the owner of IMS, was extremely professional and friendly, and was an overall nice guy. He did everything he promised for a fair, up-front price. He was punctual and he was extremely easy to work with. We had a mess of a yard after a recent construction project, and Kevin came in with everything from a standard lawnmower to a heavy-duty tractor with all the requisite attachments. He graded our 1/2 acre mud pit of a yard, planted new grass seed, covered the new seed with dirt, layed gravel driveway and rock garden, and hauled off all of the waste and trash. Within a couple of months, we had a level yard full of beautiful, lush grass. We were extremely happy with the quality of work and with Kevin himself. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work done.
Description of Work: IMS was tasked with grading, landscaping, planting new grass seed, laying a gravel driveway, and laying a rock garden.
