HENDERSON SEWER DRAIN CLEANING & MORE INC

I called them July 8th. They came out the next day and quoted us a price of 5950.00. I agreed to have them do the remodel. They came out on July 11th. They showed up late. They said they would be at my house at 10am and they didn't show up until noon. On the 11th there was one person (Robert) that came out to initiate the demolition. He took an ENTIRE WALL out, telling me that the job could not be completed without it which I later found out could have been done. The plumbing was easier to access without the wall there. Robert told me that I had to have the wall taken out because my bath tub "was not a standard size" I went to Lowe's they said that the standard tub size is 5 feet which is exactly the size my bath tub was. He misled me to think I had to remove an entire wall and I am currently sitting with no bathroom. Two guys showed up on the 15th of July and they showed up around 11am in the morning. One of the men went upstairs and Robert went to get parts and gone for a few hours. He comes back the job still isn't finished and they left early that day. They came out the following day (the 16th) Showed up at 10:45 and worked for two hours... WENT TO LUNCH. I had a contractor family friend of mine stop by and popped upstairs to check on the progress and informed me promptly that the work (I have included pictures) they were doing was sub par especially for the amount of money I was paying. The workers returned smelling of booze. I informed them they were no longer welcome in my home or on my job. I would never use this company again or any of their sisters companies. In hindsight (i.e. after bringing in another plumber) the toilets were installed off-level, one toilet tank was not fitted properly, and the sub-contracted work was not worth what was paid for. Overall, a much better job could have been done for the amount of work performed.

IT OVERWHELMED ME, HOW MUCH THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME. I AM CONSIDERING CANCELING THE SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM.
