They are a wonderful, Christian family-owned outfit. The technician s are wonderful; they’re very personable and if you have a problem they are more than happy to take care of it and they’re very kind. They’re very thorough and prompt with their service and are very good business people. They are an A+++.

Air Conditioner stopped working we wanted to use someone local. Economy had good score so gave them a call, VERY punctual. Tech assessed the problem(bad Dual Start Capacitor) apparently he needed to go back to shop to get a bigger part came back and replaced Dual Start Capacitor, charged unit with 2 lbs. Freon and presented the invoice for $384.48! I'm going to guess that the Tech just forgot to give us an estimate before he did the repairs? I can't recall if I've ever had any repairs done without the service provider giving us an estimate and the option to proceed. We were okay with the $89.00 service call but the $295.48 was a little shocking! I can't give a fair score for the price of repairs as I don't know what our repair typically runs but it seemed high to me.

From start to finish, they were exceptional. They actually went above and beyond in the required work.

They were awesome. Very punctual. Very courteous. Explained situation with AC very well. Told us there were metal shavings and will need to eventually replace. Thoroughly explained so we understood. Also, explained options available for replacement and said they would work with us. I would and have recommended them. I will definitely contact them for any future issues.

Economy Heating responded to my call the same day and proposed a solution to my problem. Their solution was exactly what I had in mind and at a price that was reasonable. The two men that did the work were here on time, professional and competent. I?m very happy with response and the work performed.

We were very pleased with the services that they provided. Jod Woods was who we worked with. He came to the house to do the initial assessment. We were very impressed with his professional manner. You can tell that he knew what he was talking about. We had a couple of companies come out and compared to his knowledge, you could tell that he was an installer first and not just a salesman. He didn't have to pull out books of formulas and try to calculate how the deduct should be. They gave us very detailed information. They were very professional and respectful. We were very impressed so we went to them even if they weren't the cheapest. They got everything done in one day and then cleaned up their mess. There were no extra charges for the initial visit. They were prompt too.

I contacted Economy for a second quote when my a/c needed repair. Not only did the accomodate me on a Saturday but their repair quote was 1/2 of my other quote for a better product. I decided to do the repair and replace the outside unit with a Trane product. They scheduled me for replacement and everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with my new a/c.

I think they're professional and they know their job. They don't try to do more than what needs to be done like I know some places will.

I wanted to be proactive so I would not have to deal with problems that might arise during extreme cold weather. I called the company to have them come out to give me an estimate. Dealing with Jod Woods was a pleasant experience from that initial phone call to the install finish. Jod was not pushy nor condescending. I liked what he had to say, so asked for an install. He and his crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. The weather on the day of the install was extremely cold and we had a hard rain most of the day. They worked through it without complaint even though they were wet and cold. Jod and his crew were very pleasant, neat and cleaned up any mess that may have been made. I did not feel at all uncomfortable having his crew doing the work. The ground was very muddy and when they left, everything was as it should be. Any questions that I had were answered. No question seemed to be "too stupid". I was treated with respect and as a valued customer.

We called another company first, who came out, looked over the units, and told us there was nothing they could do. They said we needed an entire new unit (ours is only five years old), to the tune of about $6,000. We called Economy the next morning. They came out the same day, did a thorough inspection, cleaned all the parts and did preventative maintenance, and charged us $179. They said the unit was in good shape and there were no major problems. They didn't push to sell us anything we didn't need, or scare us into thinking we were in trouble. Economy was very prompt and professional, and we won't hesitate to use them again. Well done!!

We obtained 3 quotes and Economy Heating was in the middle (price). Their presentation of their products (Train) was very professional without any heavy persuasion or questionable claims or comments. The installation went far better than I would have ever expected. I have not seen any other (sales & service) company that could match their professionalism. They were VERY conscious of their impact on our home and were more than considerate in all that they did. Several months after the installation, I had a couple of questions and they were very quick to return my call and answer my questions.

My experience went very well. They were honest and they went into great detail explaining what they were going to do. I felt that their price was pretty reasonable as well.

I've used Economy H&C several times for routine maintenance, but the latest event that stands out to me was when our furnace failed at 10:00 P.M. in the middle of last winter. We called and left a message, expecting to have to wait out the night and fix it in the morning. Within 15 minutes they had called us back, and within 45 minutes they were at our house (11:00 P.M.). Great service, explanation of the problem, and help to prevent it in the future. Friendly workers, great servant attitude!

I called them on a Thursday or Friday, I think. They returned my phone call promptly. The son came on Saturday and needed to order a part. They returned on Monday with the part and fixed the furnace.

They were called and came as scheduled, they completed the gas furnace and did regular maintenance.

WONDERFUL. HONEST. IF THEY REMAIN HONEST AND ETHICAL THEY WILL HAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
