He does good work but I was disappointed that they didn’t put salt in the softeners.

I had estimates of $2k & $3k. Their price was very reasonable and service is good. I'd recommend them.

He came out right away and did the job. We were very happy with him. He was very friendly and very professional. The last time I called him, they were booked up. I guess people had lots of frozen pipes or something. We had a leak, and they couldn’t get out for a couple of days. I looked for other plumbers, and a friend came and fixed it for us.

As my sister-in-law had work issues, I arranged to meet the plumber, open the house, and show him where the issue was. He arrived promptly, set to work immediately, and was great at explaining the problem, the solution, and the price so I could pass this all on to my sister-in-law. After he had opened the ceiling, located the damage, and was pulling bits of rotten copper drain pipe from the ceiling, he encountered a cornsnake that had apparently crawled up the pipe and gotten stuck. He put it outside away from the house. He finished the work quickly, despite snake interruptions.

Dean did a wonderful job. He was prompt, did everything we asked, and cleaned up everything when he was done. We had no complaints whatsoever and will definitely call him for future work.

I have two sump pumps under my house and I could hear one of them constantly switching on and off so I called Dean. He was able to come the next day. He checked the sump pump and found that the switch was damaged so he replaced it. While he was here he checked the second sump pump and found that it was totally burned out so he got another sump pump and replaced it. After he got here I asked about having a hose faucet in my garage replaced because it had been originally installed too far back into the wall to attach a hose. He removed the old spigot and replaced it with one that sticks out further, and was able to do this without further damaging the drywall so it will not need replaced.

The service was very good. He was able to get here early the day after I called and at first thought it was just clogged up, but in investigating it he found that the disposal had actually cracked. He removed the disposal and found that some of the pipes were also damaged so he replaced the pipes, cleaned it all out and got another garbage disposal and installed it. The repair was done very professionally and he totally cleaned up all the mess (including the one I had made trying to fix it!).

I heard about Dean's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning from a neighbors recommendation. He was great! He came right when I called. I would recommend him to others.

He has been out here before. He did a good job and did what he said he would do. He told me how much it would cist and stayed close to that. He did just what he said he would.

He is my plumber for choice. I have been using him since many years. He knows what he is doing. He does it efficiently. His rates are reasonable. I am very pleased with him. He can get here in a timely manner that is great because I know the job will be done, and he stands behind his work. I don't know what other plumbers charge, but I am happy with him.

Dean was very professional and gave me a great price. I will definitely use them again!

After we called them, but they ended up not showing up. After a couple of hours of waiting we called back, and they seemed to be having problems. I was very unhappy with the entire experience. We felt stood up.

No overtime charge, didn't try to create work to build the bill and fixed a different problem while here. Couldn't ask for anything better.

My primary residence is in Indianapolis and the gas leak was at my second home in Martinsville. When I called the office, they worked with me to find the most convenient time for me to meet Dean. He was there on time and was very efficient.

I am very pleased with the work that they did. The final cost was right on with the estimate they gave me so I have no complaints. They took their shoes off when they entered my house to keep it clean and they cleaned up any messes that they made.

They rebuilt the faucet instead of replacing the faucet and they saved me money from remodeling my bathroom. I was very pleased with the service.

As usual, the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. Dean was on time for the appointment. Since I was unable to be there for the appt., my elderly mother advised that Dean was polite to her and took the time to talk with her a bit before leaving.

AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET, BUT THE DAY BEFORE THE COMPANY CALLED TO SAY THEY JUST REALIZED WE LIVED OUTSIDE THEIR WORK PARAMETERS. THEY WERE WILLING TO PROVIDE PHONE NUMBERS TO OTHER PLUMBING SERVICES. THEY WERE APOLOGETIC AND POLITE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST. AS USUAL, THE TELEPHONE REP WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, (WORKING AROUND MY WORK SCHEDULE.) THE JOB TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL, AS THE NEW COUNTERTOP SINK HOLE HAD BEEN CUT A LITTLE LARGER THAN SHOULD HAVE, (THIS WAS DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY.) MR. HANDLON PERFORMS QUALITY WORK AND IS JUST AS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AS THE TELEPHONE REP.

BOTH THE TELEPHONE REP. AND THE TECHNICIAN WERE PROFESSIONAL, EVEN THOUGH THE TECH WAS A BIT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. HE WAS ''FIXING'' ANOTHER PLUMBERS MISTAKES. THE HOUSE HAS GALVANIZED PIPES; THERE WERE HUGE AMOUNTS OF SEDIMENT/RUST THAT NEEDED BLOWN OUT. THE TECH. HAD TO TAKE THE KITCHEN FAUCET APART TO UNPLUG IT, FROM THE RUST THAT HAD BUILT UP.

DEAN HANDLON DID, IN HALF THE TIME, HALF THE LABOR, AND 1/4 OF THE COST, WHAT ANOTHER COMPANY HAD QUOTED ME! ALTHOUGH HE WAS A LITTLE LATE (ANOTHER JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED), HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WOULD BE DELAYED. ONCE THERE, HE SIZED UP THE SITUATION AND OFFERED US A VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. WHEN I ASKED WHEN HE WAS AVAILABLE TO DO THE JOB, HE SAID ''RIGHT NOW.'' THE WHOLE THING WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. DEAN WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW HIS STUFF. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT SOUNDING OVERBLOWN OR CONDESCENDING. I DEFINITELY HAVE A NEW PLUMBER.
