He put on the glass 12" x 12" tiles. He wanted to give the adhesive time to dry. He came back on Wednesday to caulk. He did a nice job.
Description of Work: Jeff put in a backsplash between the kitchen countertop and cabinets.

 + 1 moreSee above. Jeff does excellent work and I would hire him again whenever I needed work done.
Description of Work: Checked roof for damage from the hail and then ice storms we had during the winter; repaired damage done during ice storm -- ice got under the shingles and then melted down into a window in my front bedroom. This water then leaked into the house and damaged the drywall and paint. Jeff checked the roof and said the roof was fine that it was just that the ice had gotten under the shingles and into the layer they put under the shingles (can't remember what that layer is called) then melted. Said the caulking around the front bedrooms windows was bad and that is how the water got in. Jeff recaulked around the windows, patched the wet drywall, and painted the wall and window ledge and trim. You can't tell what he worked on from the original paint! I've had Jeff do repairs at my house 3 or 4 times now. These repairs have ranged from replacing the screening in a sliding screen door that a male goose tore out when he was hitting the door to try to get at my cats, to reseating my bathroom toilet, to snaking drains, to checking my roof, to painting outside edging, etc... Jeff does excellent work for an excellent price.

He knows how to do everything and doesn?t dilly-dally. He is very reasonably priced too. He is just great. I have recommended him to my neighbors too.
Description of Work: I used Bradshaw Construction to install a storm door, check all the vents in my attic, and fix my dryer vent. I have been using him for two to three years.

He was very professional and did everything that we talked about. I am going to have him come back to do some other stuff for me. The company, I think is owned by a single individual. I thought he did a very nice job quickly. He cleaned up after himself as he went on, and the price was right. I would certainly hire him again.
Description of Work: I used Bradshaw Construction to repair a leak in my ceiling as it was coming from a shower upstairs. He also repaired the drywall and also put in an exterior door in for me, last week.

After meeting him, we would be happy to have him do work on our home. Unfortunately, because he is so good at what he does, he was booked up for quite a ways into the future, so we have tackled many of the projects ourselves. We do hope to work with him sometime in the future though. He was prompt, friendly, clean, knowledgeable, and fair.
