 + 0 moreWork was performed, but Brad Birch failed to pay a subcontractor which resulted in a $1260 mechanic's lien being placed on our home. Subsequent follow-up phone calls to Brad Birch have not been answered. False contact information has been given. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS VENDOR.
Description of Work: Brad Birch's company was hired to paint the exterior of our home, and in addition was asked to put on new rain gutters on the house.

 + -1 moreBRAD AND HIS PARTNER ARRIVED ON TIME AND REVIEWED THE WORK WE NEEDED. OUR WALKWAY AND MAIN PORCH SLAB HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS AND IT NEEDED TO BE POWERWASHED. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO BE DONE AND BEGAN WORK RIGHT AWAY. UPON COMPLETING THE JOB HE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER NEEDS FOR THE POWERWASHER WHILE HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE. THERE WAS A RUST SPOT ON OUR DRIVEWAY AND SOME PAINT ON THE BRICK OF OUR HOUSE THAT HE CLEANED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE EXPERIENCE AND PRICE WERE SO GOOD, WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN SOON FOR A RESTAINING AND SEALING OF OUR POOL FENCE AS WELL AS PAINTING OUR LIVING ROOM. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL THEM.
